Appearance Paul Torre respectfully appearing for
Petitioner Hector T. Senosa in Cadastral
Case No.: 19-4251 for Issuance of New
Owner’s Duplicate Copy of the Transfer
Certificate of Title.
You honor, I would like to manifest that
no oppositor or intervenor is present in
today’s hearing. Thus, I respectfully move
for the presentation of evidence ex parte
and the appointment of the Clerk of Court
as the Commissioner to receive
petitioners’ pieces of evidence.
Your Honor, I am ready for the
presentation and marking of our
documents to establish jurisdictional facts
of the case.
II. Presentatio Your honor, I would like to manifest that

matter of this case could no longer be
found or located despite diligent effort to
look for it, we pray that the Affidavit of
Loss dated May 30, 2007 executed by
the petitioner be marked as Exhibit “B”
Exhibit “C” Finally, your honor, to prove that the
Certification issued certificate of title of the abovementioned
