2003 to till death. His following dues are pending against NH&MP.

2. It is, therefore, requested that sanction of Rs.300,000/- and Rs.108,000/- and
family pension case may please be accorded and communicated to this office for early
payment to the family of deceased official. Original service book, death certificated and
office order are enclosed. It is also mentioned here that sufficient funds are available in the
