CheeseTato Balls

These are ball-shaped snacks which are made of soft-mashed potatoes filled with
cheese and butter inside while fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Ingredients:

*1 kilo Potato *1 bar of butter

*2 eggs *½ flour *Salt

*½ Pack of bread crumbs *pepper *1.5 bottle cooking oil

Procedure:
1. Wash the potato and boil it for 30 minutes. When water boils, add ½ tablespoon
of salt.
2. Peel the skin and mashed the peeled potato while it’s warm and add 1 cup of
butter, to 3 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix them well
until the butter is perfectly dissolved.
3. Cover the mixing bowl and put the mixture in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
4. Put the flour, bread crumbs, and the beaten eggs in three separate bowls.
5. After 3-4 hours, pull out the mixture from the fridge. Scoop a mixture for about
half tablespoon and shaped into a ball. Do this repeatedly until you reach your
desired number of balls.
6. Dip the balls into the flour, then into the egg, and then roll them unto the bread
crumb.
7. While doing these prepare the pan and cooking oil at pre-heated temperature.
8. Put the balls in deep fry oil for better texture and color.

Balls Food Stall started since January 5, 2013 and it has been grown for five years in
this industry. We made this business thru our ideas and concepts on creating a good
product that will suit on their taste buds. For almost five years we have reached a lot of
stalls that was located only in Taguig City. The product of our business which is potato
balls is very unique compared to others because it is made of cheese that complement
to the taste of potato. Also it is a round shape that's why people amazed and patronized
it because usually the potato serves as a potato fries.

OBJECTIVE

 Cheesetato balls fill the gap that exists between a single bite and customer's
satisfaction. We want to support and promote the use of cheese and potato in the
marketing by offering an innovative concepts and highlight nutrition.

 We will make our best efforts to create a unique taste and food that can
everybody enjoy.
