Business Expansion via Website Development

Objectives:
The current objective of Native bush Spices Australia is to establish a new website to go online
for all national and international customers within the span of two months. Through proposed
project the brands of Bush spices will continuously recognized and demanded, and business
will increase 20% more within the period of 12 months. Aim of this report is to identify the
expected costs, benefits and expected risks to new proposed website of company.

Introduction and background:


Native Bush Spices is an Australian spices company which serves the country since 2010. It is
situated in NSW and sold the Australian local nourishment items. However, organization have
grocery stores and wellbeing stores in Australia. To expand the company business
internationally, native bush requires the new website because the current website did not
deliver the enough data to clients about company products. Moreover, current website was not
enough to fulfil the clients shopping office on web.

Issues with current site:


The biggest issue of native bush spices is that it has restricted and conventional site which did
not show fully the organization and items.

Needs and goals:


For expansion, Bush Spices have following needs,
1. To grow business abroad specifically in Hong Kong, China and Singapore markets.
2. In coming three years expands the deals through more markets capturing.

3. Develop a new site with the office of shopping basket which gives the empowerment
to customers.
4. Start the task within the period of two months.

5. After the project application the business increment should be 20% more as compare to
current progress.

6. Bush spices also requires creation and increment in their image about health benefits of
their products for customers.

Rules and regulations:


To expand the business globally via internet, Bush spices needs to follow some rule and
regulations because acts provide a guideline to make the workplace healthier and safer. Rules

the rules must follow the owner of Bush Spices to expand business globally. These are,
So, the owner of Bush Spices must meet the standards for specific types risks.
1. Workplace health and safety (WHS) Act (2011):

To go globally the management must recognize and fulfil their responsibilities regarding the
