Adjoa Adjei-Twum
Catherine Spence
Catherine joined Oxford University
Innovation in 2017 and has led the
incubator since Feb last year. She has a
background in physics, electronics and
computer science. She has run her own
company and worked for both start-ups
and multinationals in technical and commercial roles.
Catherine is passionate about helping people to develop their
leadership skills and encouraging people to pursue their
ideas. She is involved personally with a number of projects in
Africa. Outside of work she is a mother, a pastor and a pilot.
