IRR 1.0 BACKGROUND
IRR 1.1 The National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of
Accountants aims to promote socio - civic and cultural
consciousness among NFJPIAns through social, economic,
environmental, and cultural development projects as stated in
Section 3, Article III of the 2011 Constitution and By - Laws of
the NFJPIA. The Non - Academic events in the National Mid -
Year Convention (NMYC) contribute to the total development of
JPIAns. Through these activities, they will have an opportunity to
develop the value of sportsmanship, to cultivate a wholesome
competitive spirit, and to acquire the ability to work together
closely with other JPIANs from different regions. These activities
also allow the JPIAns to be exposed in sports, performing arts,
and other social and team - building events.
IRR 2.0 OBJECTIVES
IRR 2.1 To build camaraderie and to establish a unified NFJPIA.
IRR 2.2 To showcase the talents and to increase the interest of NFJPIANs
in non -academic competitions.
IRR 2.3 To promote leadership, stability, and meaningful social
development, through diverse programs and activities.
IRR 2.4 To form teams that are skilled, disciplined, dedicated, and
motivated to provide a holistic development of the members.
IRR 3.0 GENERAL GUIDELINES
IRR 3.1 The Non - Academic events in the National Mid - Year
Convention 2018 shall comprise of the following:

IRR 4.0 GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
IRR 4.1 The Non - Academic events of the NMYC is open to all the bona
fide members of the NFJPIA FY 2018 - 2019 and to the registered
delegates of the NMYC.
IRR 4.2 There is no limit as to the number of events a delegate can join.
IRR 4.3 The champions and the winners of a particular Non - Academic
Event in the prior year(s) can still participate in the same event.
IRR 5.0 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
IRR 5.1 A duly accomplished non - academic application form and a
master list of non- academic participants.
IRR 5.2 A soft copy of the latest registration form and identification card.
IRR 5.3 The duly accomplished application form and the other
requirements must be sent to their respective Regional Councils
through e - mail.
IRR 5.4 The file format of the requirements to be sent to the corporate
mails of the Regional Councils must be:

IRR 5.5 The Regional Councils must then compile all the application
requirements and send the entries in a zipped file of non -
academic event to the NFJPIA Official Drive on or before
October 14, 2018.
IRR 6.0 GENERAL CONTEST RULES AND MECHANICS
IRR 6.1 The Board of Judges shall be selected by the National Executive
Officers and shall have the appropriate credentials to judge a
particular event. The Board of Judges shall be independent in fact
and in appearance, thus, it shall not be directly, nor closely related
to any Regional Council or Local Chapter, to maintain the
integrity of the competitions.
IRR 6.2 The Board of Judges has the sole and exclusive authority to clear
or answer any protest / clarification, related to the judging of a
particular event, when such protest / clarification has been raised
by any of the contestants. The decision of the Board of Judges is
final and irrevocable.
IRR 6.3 All concerns, clarifications, complaints, or questions must be
directly addressed to the National Vice President for Non -
Academics after the competition by the Liaison Officer. Any
concerns, clarifications, complaints, or questions raised by any
Regional Council officer other than the Liaison Officer shall not
be entertained.
IRR 6.4 The music that will be used must be placed in a flash drive,
preferably in mp3 (.mp3) format, labeled with the Region name
and the Non - Academic event, to be submitted on the first day
of the NMYC through a Non - Academics representative, upon
registration. The contestants should also upload a copy of their
music on the NFJPIA Drive for backup.
IRR 6.5 A 5 - point deduction in the total score shall be imposed to the
contestants who arrived 15 minutes late after the start of the
event. They will also be deducted with 1 point for every three (3)
minutes, succeeding the 15-minute period stated earlier.
IRR 6.6 The pre-registration for the Non-Academic events will happen
each day respectively. All the contestants should confirm their
registration on the said time and place. Substitution is allowed
and strictly no Walk-ins. Contestants cannot forfeit their
registration, a 10-point deduction in the total score shall be
imposed to all who will violate this provision.
IRR 6.7 A draw lot system shall determine the order of the performances.
This shall be done on the first day of the NMYC, through a
representative from each Regional Council.
IRR 6.8 The National Federation shall have the exclusive power to
interpret the provisions of this IRR and shall be vested with the
power to give sanctions to any contestant who shall violate any
provisions in this IRR.
IRR 6.9 In case if there are any concern or protest which are not covered
in this IRR, the National Federation shall have the absolute power
and the sole authority to decide and interpret such situation. The
National Executive Board, upon consultation with the National
Adviser, on the matters which is deemed necessary to preserve
and protect the integrity of the event, shall make the decision(s)
necessary to address such concern or protest. The decision of the
National Executive Board shall be final and irrevocable.
IRR 7.0 YOUR FACE SOUNDS FAMILIAR
IRR 7.1 GENERAL GUIDELINES
IRR 7.1.1 This is open to all the bona fide members of the
NFJPIA F.Y. 2018 -2019.
IRR 7.1.2 Each region may send one (1) entry.
IRR 7.1.3 This battle is composed of two (2) rounds –First
Round (Elimination) and the Grand Showdown
(Finale).
IRR 7.1.4 Each participating individual must transform into
their chosen artist (local or foreign). By means of
makeup, wigs, clothing/ costumes.
IRR 7.1.5 The contestants are required to prepare a two (2) to
three (3) minute performance which includes their
entrance and exit.
IRR 7.1.6 Any costume, props, and the like are allowed, except
for sharp & pointy objects, pyrotechnics, live
animals, or other equipment which may damage the
venue. The harmful items stated above are strictly
prohibited.
IRR 7.1.7 Participants whose performance exceed the
maximum time shall be given a one (1) point
deduction every ten (10) seconds in excess of the
allotted time.
IRR 7.1.8 The music must be placed on a flash drive and must
have a filename of YFSF_Region#_Surname. The
flash drive is to be submitted during the first day of
the NMYC to the National Vice President for Non -
Academics.
IRR 7.1.9 Each performance must not exceed five minutes. If
props are used, contestants are allowed two minutes
- (1) minute for setup and (1) minute for tear -down.
IRR 7.1.10 Contestants are expected to arrive at the venue
thirty (30) minutes before the program commences.
IRR 7.1.11 The Contestants may have two (2) backup
performers to accompany them on their
performance, the backup performers are not
allowed to sing, to showcase the raw talent of the
contestant.
IRR 7.2 GENERAL BATTLE RULES AND MECHANICS
IRR 7.2.1 First Round (The Elimination)
IRR 7.2.1.1 The participants have the discretion
to choose their own song whether it
is Local or Foreign.
IRR 7.2.1.2 The participants must perform one
chosen song of their artist combined
with dance or acts to show that they
have a similar personality with the
person they are mimicking.
IRR 7.2.1.3 Only the Top 5 will advance to The
Grand Showdown (Final Round).
IRR 7.2.2 The Grand Showdown (Final Round)
IRR 7.2.2.1 This time, the National Vice President
for Non - Academics will choose the
song to be performed by the
contending individuals. The song will
be given during the 1st day of the
NMYC.
IRR 7.2.3.2 The participants must perform the
song combined with dance or acts to
show that they have a similar
personality with the person they’re
mimicking.
IRR 7.2.3.3 In this round, any costume and props
are allowed, except for the use of
pyrotechnics, live animals, explosive
materials, liquid materials, and any
other materials that may damage the
venue. The harmful items stated above
are prohibited.
IRR 7.2.3.4 All scores garnered during the
Elimination Round will be disregarded.
All scores in the Final Round will start
at zero (0).
IRR 7.2.3.5 No backup performers are allowed on
the Final Round.

IRR 8.0 JPIA PROJECT RUNWAY


IRR 8.1 GENERAL GUIDELINES
IRR 8.1.1 The competition will be divided into three stages.
Garment Creation, Photo Shoot and The Ramp.
IRR 8.1.2 Each participating region may send (1) group
composed of (2) female models, (2) male models
and (1) designer.
IRR 8.1.3 Any former winners of similar competitions and Mr.
and Ms. Ambassador of Goodwill Title Holders shall
not be allowed to join this competition.
IRR 8.1.4 Each group must prepare their own fashion show.
IRR 8.1.5 Music and Fashion routines are based on what the
designer wants.
IRR 8.1.6 Wardrobes of the models must correspond to the
themes of collection:
IRR 8.1.6.1 Monochromatic Chic:
Using a color palette (same color but in
different shades) is not allowed. One
SOLID color must be strictly followed in
this theme.
IRR 8.1.6.2 De ja vu Vintage Finery:
Garments originating from a previous
era

IRR 8.1.6.3 Picasso Cubism and Fashion:


A hand painted fashion. The
contestants must bring their own
painting materials.
IRR 8.1.7 There will be a pictorial where the models shall wear
plain white V-neck T-shirt, Jeans and heels for the
female models and any footwear for the male
models. Accessories are limited to earrings or
necklace only, for female contestants
IRR 8.1.8 At the end of the competition, all 4 models must be
on the stage for the final show with the designer.
IRR 8.1.9 All the participating groups are required to have a
collection name/fashion house name.
IRR 8.1.10 Contestants are allowed to use any accessories and
props considering the maximum of height is 1ft and
with a width of 1 ft from the contestants’ shoulder.
IRR 8.1.11 No Nudity is allowed.
IRR 8.2 Garment Creation
IRR 8.2.1 On Day 1 of the 21st NMYC, all designers are given
5 hours to create all their garments corresponding
to the themes given.
IRR 8.2.2 Designers are allowed to bring ready-made pieces/
raw clothing: 1 for each model per theme.
IRR 8.2.3 The organizers will provide a venue where the
designers will create their masterpieces. Designers
must also bring all their materials to the designated
venue.
IRR 8.2.4 Before the garment creation starts, the organizers
will be inspecting the clothes and materials of the
participants to assure that no one will be using a
finished or rented clothing.
IRR 8.2.5 Models are allowed inside the venue only for
measuring.
IRR 8.2.6 The designers are allowed three (3) helpers only.
IRR 8.2.7 Usage of already finished product or rented clothing
that will be used in the ramp is strictly prohibited.
IRR 8.3 Photo Shoot
IRR 8.3.1 The pictorial of the models shall occur at a
designated area. All shoots will happen at the
Convention itself, personal photos are not
considered as an official entry.
IRR 8.3.2 The models must wear plain white V-neck T-shirt
and Jeans for the photo shoot.
IRR 8.3.3 The judges shall rate every contestant based on the
following criteria:

IRR 8.4 Pre-Judging
IRR 8.4.1 Pre-judging will occur prior to the commencement
of the runway show on the 1st Day of the
Convention.
IRR 8.4.2 The designer should present their theme and works
to the judges.
IRR 8.4.3 The criteria for judging are as follows:

IRR 8.5 The Ramp
IRR 8.5.1 All designers and models shall prepare for the
fashion show with their music and routines. The
team will be given time for rehearsing blockings,
walks, etc.
IRR 8.5.2 The models and designers should be at the venue
thirty (30) minutes before the event starts.
IRR 8.5.3 In the Final Ramp, they must use their own Regional
Council shirt while keeping the theme Cirque du
Soleil in line.
IRR 8.5.4 The time of the ramp for each collection will be 3
minutes maximum.
IRR 8.5.5 The criteria for judging are as follows:

IRR 8.6 Awards
IRR 8.6.1 The breakdown for the final scoring is:

The Ramp 50%

IRR 8.6.2 The House Collection who garnered the highest
percentage on The Ramp shall receive a special
award of Best House Collection
IRR 8.6.3 The team who got the highest percentage of scores
on the Pre-Judging will receive a special award of
Best Fashion Designer.
IRR 9.0 JPIA’S BEST DANCE CREW
IRR 9.1 General Requirement
IRR 9.1.1 A crew must have a minimum of five (5) crew
members and a maximum of ten (10) members with
no restriction as to gender.
IRR 9.1.2 For circumstances beyond the control of the
participants, substitution may be permitted.
Alternatively, a crew may opt not to substitute its
missing crew member/s as long as the crew
conforms to guideline.
IRR 9.1.2.1 Changes to the crew roster must be
made known to the National Vice
President for Non-Academics.
IRR 9.1.3 Costumes MUST be wholesome and should not be
too revealing or too tight. Removal of articles of
clothing during the performance is permitted
provided that the participants wouldn’t be left bare
or with clothes that are either too tight or revealing.
The National Vice President for Non-Academics and
his committee shall scrutinize the costumes before
competition.
IRR 9.1.4 If at any time prior to or during the competition, a
crew member is ill, injured or his/her physical or
emotional condition is at risk by participating,
he/she may be declared ineligible to compete and
is discouraged from competing further.
IRR 9.1.5 Original compositions, sound effects and original
mixes of popular music are permitted. Crews with
music that have a complex composition are advised
to prepare backup copies of said music to ensure a
clean and continuous dance performance.
IRR 9.1.6 The following is a list of permitted street dance
styles for this competition:
• Locking
• Popping
• Wacking / Punking
• House Dance
• Party Dance or Club Dance (popular or
trendy dances)
• Gumboots
IRR 9.1.7 The following requirements should be accomplished
and submitted to the National Vice President for
Non-Academics on the first day of NMYC:
IRR 9.1.7.1 A group banner tarpaulin (size: 2x3
feet), containing the crew name of
their group and their regional logo.
The layout of the banner will be
prepared by the National Vice
President for Graphics and Publication
and it will be the respective regions’
discretion to put their own style on the
banner. Soft Copy of the banner must
also be uploaded to the NFJPIA Drive.
IRR 9.1.7.2 The music must be placed on a flash
drive and must have a file name of
NBDC_Region#_CrewName. Flash
drive is to be submitted during the
first day of the NMYC to the National
Vice President for Non-Academics
IRR 9.2 General Mechanics
IRR 9.2.1 The competition is comprised of two segments – the
preliminary round and the Royal Rumble Showdown
IRR 9.2.1.1 Crew Battle
IRR 9.2.1.2 The routine’s length for a Crew is a
minimum of two (2) minutes and a
maximum of three (3) minutes. The
crew will be given one (1) minute for
preparation (time will start at the
moment the participants steps in the
stage) and another one (1) minute for
teardown after the performance.
IRR 9.2.1.3 Each crew performance is expected to
execute a House Music as the genre of
their routine.
IRR 9.2.1.4 The sequence of presentations shall
be determined through a draw lot
system on the 1st day of the
convention, in the presence of the
representatives of all participating
regions.
IRR 9.2.1.5 Groups whose performance exceed
the maximum time of one (1) minute
for preparation, three (3) minute for
the performance and one (1) minute
for the teardown, respectively, shall
have one (1) point deduction in excess
of ten (10) seconds.
IRR 9.2.1.6 The final scores of the Crew Battle
shall be given a weight of seventy five
percent (75%) of the final score of
each team.
IRR 9.2.1.7 Final Round: Royal Rumble Showdown
IRR 9.2.1.8 All dance crew are required to present
two (2) members for the Royal Rumble
Showdown.
IRR 9.2.1.9 The duo of each dance crew will
perform their routine for 1 minute and
20 seconds with 5 seconds allowance
for the transition.
IRR 9.2.1.10 The music of all the contestants will be
given by the organizers on the spot.
The theme of the music will be Circus
and Pop.
IRR 9.2.1.11 Groups whose performance exceeds
the one minute and twenty-five
seconds (1:25) minutes per round,
shall be given a one-point (1)
deduction for every fifteen seconds in
excess of the allotted time.
IRR 9.2.1.12 The Royal Rumble Showdown shall be
given a weight of twenty-five (25%)
percent of the Total Final Score of
each team.
IRR 9.3 Criteria for Judging
IRR 9.3.1 The breakdown for the criteria for judging is as

IRR 9.4 The Pointing System
The total final score for each finalist shall e computed as
follows:

IRR 10.0 SINIRATURA 4
IRR 10.1 General Rules and Mechanics
IRR 10.1.1 Siniratura is an Arts and Literary Festival which
intends to expose the artistic and the epigrammatic
side of the accounting – major or non-BSA students.
There are (7) competitions under this event:
• Short Story;
• Essay;
• Slam Poetry;
• Blackout Poetry
• Mural Painting; and
• Slogan Making;
IRR 10.1.2 The contestants must be on the venue 30 (thirty)
minutes before the competitions start.
IRR 10.1.3 These competitions are simultaneously held.
IRR 10.1.4 English/Filipino must be the Medium of expression.
This varies on each event.
IRR 10.1.5 The contestants are given two (2) hours to finish
their piece after which the piece will be submitted to
the organizer. The contestants who exceeds the
allotted time shall be give two (2) points deduction
in every one (1) minute in excess.
IRR 10.1.6 The entry must be an original piece of the
contestant. Plagiarism is highly prohibited.
IRR 10.2 SHORT STORY
IRR 10.2.1 An entry must be at least three (3) but not more than
five (5) pages.
IRR 10.2.2 Each region may send two (2) representatives.
IRR 10.2.3 It must be hand - written or type - written. English
language must be used.
IRR 10.2.4 The theme shall be given on the day of the
competition.
IRR 10.2.5 The entry must include a one-page synopsis.

IRR 10.3 ESSAY
IRR 10.3.1 Each region may send two (2) representatives
IRR 10.3.2 It must be hand - written or type – written. English
shall be the medium of expression
IRR 10.3.3 The essay should be at least 1,000 words, excluding
the title.
IRR 10.3.4 The theme shall be given on the day of the
competition.

IRR 10.4 SLAM POETRY
IRR 10.4.1 Each region may send two (2) representatives.
IRR 10.4.2 It must be hand - written or type – written. The piece
must contain a maximum of three hundred fifty(350)
words.
IRR 10.4.3 The theme shall be given on the day of the
competition.
IRR 10.4.4 English, Filipino or Filipino - English shall be the
medium of expression.
IRR 10.4.5 Vulgar words or obscene language(s) is / are highly
prohibited.

IRR 10.5 BLACKOUT POETRY
IRR 10.5.1 Each region may send two (2) representatives.
IRR 10.5.2 Each representative will be given a uniform one
page book excerpt for their piece.
IRR 10.5.3 The theme will be given on the day of the
competition.
IRR 10.5.4 They may only use any of the following stated
materials: crayons, color pencils, color pens, oil
pastels, markers, pentel pens, or/and highlighters.

IRR 10.6 MURAL PAINTING
IRR 10.6.1 Each region may send one (1) group consisting of a
maximum of four (4) members.
IRR 10.6.2 The theme shall be given on the day of the
competition.
IRR 10.6.3 The board and paint will be provided by the
organizers. The contestants must bring their own
paint brushes.
IRR 10.6.4 The contestants shall be given two (2) hours to finish
their piece.

IRR 10.7 SLOGAN MAKING
IRR 10.7.1 Each region may send two (2) representatives to
each cluster.
IRR 10.7.2 An illustration board (1/4 size) shall be provided by
the organizers but each contestant must bring their
own drawing materials (e.g., pencils, pastels,
crayons, paints, etc.).
IRR 10.7.3 The theme shall be given on the day of the
competition.
IRR 10.7.4 A slogan, which shall serve as the title of the artwork,
must not exceed 12 words. The slogan, together
with a one - paragraph interpretation of the poster
of at least 100 words, shall be written on a sheet of
paper provided and shall be attached to the back of
the artwork.
IRR 10.7.5 Contestants shall be given two (2) hours to finish
their piece.

IRR 11.0 SPEAK UP!
IRR 11.1 Each Region may send a maximum of two (2) participants,
depending on the participants they sent on the Slam Poetry.
IRR 11.2 The medium of expression depends on the piece made by his /
her region in the Slam Poetry.
IRR 11.3 The sequence of the contestants shall be determined on the day
of the competition through a draw lot system.
IRR 11.4 The contestants must be on the venue 30 (thirty) minutes before
the start of the competition.
IRR 11.5 The copy of the piece made by his / her region is permitted
during the actual competition.

IRR 12.0 MIND BLITZ POWER UP!
IRR 12.1 Each region shall only be allowed to send two (2) groups with
three members each.
IRR 12.2 Contestants are advice to be at the designated area of the
competition (30) minutes before the time schedule.
IRR 12.3 Elimination Round
IRR 12.3.1 Elimination round is a General Information Quiz bee
and shall be composed of forty five (45) questions
with difficulty ranging from Easy, Average, and
Difficult.
IRR 12.3.2 The quiz master shall read each question twice.
IRR 12.3.3 All answers should be written clearly and legibly on
the answer boards. The following rule shall be
strictly followed:
• Only one answer should appear on the
answer board. In case two answers appear on
the board, the answers should be deemed
invalid.
• Wrong spelling and incomplete answers shall
not be accepted.
• Abbreviations shall not be allowed unless
stated in the question.
• On questions requiring the name of a person,
last name shall be accepted unless otherwise
specifically required by the question
• Answers that have former names shall be
accepted unless otherwise required by the
question.
• Each question/s must be answered by the
group. No answer corresponds as wrong
answer.
IRR 12.3.4 A judge or board of judges shall have the sole and
exclusive authority to clear or answer any
protest/clarification raised by the contestants. The
decision of the judge or board of judges is final and
irrevocable.
IRR 12.3.5 Before proceeding to the next question, the
contestants solely, shall be given an allotted time of
five seconds to raise a protest/clarification, to
request for new marker or to raise any other
concerns. After the allotted time has elapsed, the
quizmaster shall read the next question, thus,
protest, clarification, or any concerns shall no longer
be entertained.
IRR 12.3.6 The top 10 groups with the highest accumulated
scores shall advance to the Second Round.
IRR 12.3.7 In case of tie after the difficult round, clincher
questions shall be given to the contestants until the
deadlock is broken. The first group who shall raise
the board with the correct answer shall advance to
the Second Round.

IRR 12.4 Celerity Bluff (Second Round)
IRR 12.4.1 Celebrity Bluff is a contest where groups answer
questions. The bluffers will either help or trick the
players by providing answers to the questions. The
groups have to decide whether their chosen
bluffer's answer is a fact or a bluff.
IRR 12.4.2 Every correct answer corresponds to 3 points.
IRR 12.4.3 The 4 groups with the highest accumulated scores
shall advance to the Final Round.
IRR 12.5 Final Round
IRR 12.5.1 The 4 groups will choose 1 participant each round.
IRR 12.5.2 The 3 rounds of game will simultaneously happen.
IRR 12.5.3 The National Vice President for Non - Academics will
release a memo for the rules and mechanics of the
competition, a month before the NMYC.
IRR 13.0 SCAVENGERS HUNT
IRR 13.1 The Scavengers Hunt is an adventure challenge,
which may require participants to go inside or
outside the venue.
IRR 13.2 Each Region may send five to six members.
IRR 13.3 Each group shall be given a list of challenges,
riddles, and puzzles to get the next clue, in which
they will use to get the missing items needed.
IRR13.4 In the challenges that will require the participants
to go outside the venue, a specific amount of money
shall be used by each group. Violating this provision
shall automatically disqualify the said group.
IRR 13.5 The contestants shall be given 5 hours to complete
all task and find the missing items needed.
IRR 14.0 THE JPIAN CUP
IRR 14.1 The JPIAn Cup is a non-academic and academic quiz bee. This
will test the knowledge of the contestants regarding the history
of NFJPIA and some accounting principles.
IRR 14.2 Each region may send one (1) group with at least one (1)
Regional Executive Officers.
IRR 14.3 The Cup will be divided into three levels, Easy, Average and
Difficult.
IRR 14.4 The pointing system is as follows:

IRR 16.0 AMENDMENTS OR REVISIONS
IRR 16.1 The Federation shall be vested with the exclusive power to revise
and amend the Implementing Rules and Regulations.
IRR 16.2 Any amendments or revisions to this Implementing Rules and
Regulations may be proposed by any member of any Local
Chapter upon a written request of such member, stating the
reasons thereto.
IRR 16.3 Any request for amendments and revisions as well as proposed
amendments must initially be reviewed by the National Vice
President for Non - Academics then forwarded to the National
Executive Officers for discussion, editing, and final approval and
to be noted by the National Adviser.
IRR 16.4 The National Executive Officers shall have the right to deny any
proposed revisions and amendments, submitted to them by the
National Vice President for Non- Academics, which are deemed
unnecessary. The final decision on any inclusions and exclusions
to this Implementing Rules and Regulations must be determined
by a majority vote of the National Executive Board in which the
National Vice President for Non - Academics is included.
IRR 16.5 Amendments to particular provisions in this Implementing Rules
and Regulations shall be allowed provided that such
amendments will be communicated to stakeholders at least two
weeks before it could take effect.
IRR 17.0 SEPARABILITY CLAUSE
IRR 17.1 If any clause, provision, paragraph, or part of this Implementing
Rules and Regulations shall be declared unconstitutional or
invalid, such judgment shall not affect, invalidate, or impair any
other part hereof, but shall be merely confined to the clause,
provision, paragraph, or part directly involved in the controversy
in which such judgment has been rendered.
IRR 18.0 REPEALING CLAUSE
IRR 18.1 Any rule and regulation or resolution or part(s) thereof
inconsistent with the provisions of this Implementing Rules and
Regulations are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
IRR 19.0 EFFECTIVITY
IRR 19.1 This Implementing Rules and Regulations shall take effect
immediately after its presentation and approval from the
National Executive Board. Promulgated in the City of Manila this
August 7th 2018.
