 Did thorough case law and statutory research on the Dowry Prohibition Act; and The
Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act.

 Drafted a legal notice to RTO Lucknow in respect of unlawful compounding of client’s

vehicle.

 Did extensive case law and statutory research on the Motor Vehicles Act.

 Learned the basics of drafting.

Legal Department, Suzlon Energy Ltd, Pune [May-June, 2018: 4 Weeks]

 Did extensive case law and statutory research on the Industrial Disputes Act; case law
research on Gainful employment and jurisdiction of Industrial Tribunals

 Did thorough research on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and made a flow
chart.

 Drafted a legal reply to client’s council in respect of termination of a Wind Turbine

Generator contract.

 Helped in the herculean task of proving that four ex employees were “Gainfully
Employed” in order to strip them of compensation provided under sec-17b of
Industrial Disputes Act.

 Read a lot of files as sir being a central agent had all sorts of cases.

 Did some research work sir in finding few judgements which sir used in court of law
this was high point of my internship.
Interned Under Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India- Mr Pradeep Kant [July-August,
2019:6 Weeks]

 Prepared Briefs of cases of matters concerning Service and Land disputes.

 Drafted a rejoinder of a civil writ petition in a service matter of government

employee appearing in person in Supreme Court.
