The meeting began at 10:00 am a n d attendees of the meeting were given the

The meeting minutes for the 18th site meeting was not affirmed since the

Chairman couldn’t present the right minutes for the 18th General meeting.

i) Sound transmission on the Second floors

3.1 The Chairman proposed a mechanism to cater for sound transmission
within the room spaces on the second floors but the Client representative
indicated that the proposed structural arrangement will counter for the
sound echoing and transmission on the second floors.

ii) Issue on window specifications raised by Contractor

The Contractor enquired the type of windows to be used for all windows

and the Chairman indicated should be the same specification of existing
windows of the Yale building located in the school.

iii) Issue on washroom windows

3.3 The Chairman indicated that Fixed Top hung Aluminum is to be used for
the washroom windows.

iv) Issue on affirming MEP related works:

The chairman indicated that the consent of all MEP related issues is to be
sorted out from the MEP Consultant.

4 Comments on Progress report by Contractor

The Chairman and the house was convinced about the current progress of

works hence indicated the Contractor was on course.
5 Closure
The meeting was moved and adjourned to October 25th,2018 for a technical

meeting by the Chairman and the Clients representative.
