16.4, Rules of Criminal Procedure,

The parties advise discovery is voluminous and ongoing. The State has not extended a
plea offer yet.

Discussion is held regarding the Order of Protection regarding the minor victim’s
medical, educational, and personal records.

Upon the State’s request, Defense having no objection, and good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED deleting the State’s Reply to Defendant’s Objection to State’s Motion

for Protective Order and Proposed Order, with case number CR2019-001522-001, filed on
08/20/2019, in its entirety and said State’s Reply to Defendant’s Objection to State’s Motion for
Protective Order and Proposed Order is considered null and void.

The State shall file a redacted Reply to Defendant’s Objection to State’s Motion for
Protective Order by close of business on 09/19/2019.

IT IS ORDERED setting next Complex Case Management Conference on 11/14/2019 at

8:30 a.m. before this division.

JOINT CASE MANAGEMENT REPORTS:

No less than two working days before each Case Management Conference, the parties
shall file a Joint Case Management Report. This report will inform the Court of:

1. The specific progress made since the last Case Management Conference in
completing activities previously established by the Court and the parties;
2. Specific case preparation to be completed before the next Case Management
