Lawrence “Lanny” Howe passed away on September 16, 2019.
Lanny lived in Sheffield N for fifteen years, where he had
served as President of the Association and most recently as
Treasurer. Lanny wrote ably for the UCO Reporter for many
years. His Reporter colleagues, from editors Joy Vestal, with
whom he collaborated for nine years, to Bobbi Levin to Louise
Warner and Ruth Dreiss, and the entire staff, could always
count on his writing ability and editorial eye.
