In order to provide you with an excellent service and a welcoming experience, all persons staying at HOBU during their stay will
be subject to this regulation. The same, it is considered an adhesion contract that must be fulfilled by the beloved HOBU. Otherwi-
se, the management reserves the right of admission and permanence.

1. The organization allows us to give our guests the best experience! Therefore, when you make a reservation through our
website, you will have a pre-reservation confirmation. We will send you a written confirmation by email requesting payment of the
reservation fee (15%) in our account to confirm your reservation. If necessary, we will email you a reconfirmation within 5 days
prior to your arrival at HOBU!

2. We all love clear accounts! Therefore, at the time of check – in, you must pay the total of your stay. NOTE: Sometimes we like to
invite our friends or partner, if this gives you satisfaction, do not worry you can do it the same way as if you were just paying for
your stay!

3. For your safety, unregistered persons are not allowed in HOBU rooms. But do not worry, you can bring your friends to our BU
bar or to the garden areas! Remember that anyone who is not registered can not access the area of the romos so, in case our
surveillance system reports this infringement, we will charge to your account an extra equivalent to one night's stay. Visits are
only allowed from 8 am to 10 pm.

4. Curiosity and desire for what is forbidden may be part of the personality of our guests, but by legal norms and regulations is
prohibited the use and/or consumption of hallucinogenic drugs at HOBU. The knowledge of the use of these, allows us to notify
the relevant authorities (National Police) with the corresponding legal implications.

5. What some of us like, do not like to others. Smoking is allowed in the following areas: At the outdoor garden and on the second
floor balcony of our HOBU atmosphere. The other spaces are smoke free! Otherwise, you will be charged 70% of the current rate
and the additional cleaning cost for each incident committed. The above in accordance with the national anti-tobacco law

6. We do not like to discriminate, moreover, we deeply value diversity! But for multiple reasons of security and comfort of all our
guests, children under 16 years old will not be accepted. NOTE: If our guests come in family, parents must use the request and fill
out the form of liability provided at reception. It will be the only a form of acceptance of children under 16 years old.

7. We like animals! But for reasons of cleanliness, comfort, allergies and medical problems, it is prohibited the entry of these cute
animals to our facilities.

8. We all like our things and our environment to be enjoyable for everyone! Therefore, any damage caused by our guests to
objects, furniture or our house, will be the exclusive responsibility of the guest who committed the injury, which must pay the
repair or new purchase of the same.

9. It is worth remembering to our guests that the exploitation and sexual abuse of minors in the country is punished civilly and
criminally in accordance with the legal provisions in force. We deeply appreciate the respect for the individual freedoms of our
minors, so we do not promote or support this or any other type of exploitation (Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001).

10. Our HOBU community bases its values on the trust, respect and freedom of all our guests, therefore, management declines all
responsibility for the loss of money, documents, jewelry or other valuables of any kind preserved in the rooms of the HOBU. Do
not be discouraged, we have a monitoring and security system available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

11. Sex in shared spaces: No!
