Abstract - Many problems regarding infrastructure that occurred in Malang City became
an obstacle to the progress of a city government. To convey problems from the
community to the government there needs to be a facility or media. This facility is
expected to help connect the community and the city government more effectively and
efficiently. Regarding this, an application is needed to support the delivery of people's
aspirations. The application is in the form of a mobile application that can be accessed
directly by the public so that complaints and complaints from the public will be dealt
with quickly by the Public Works and Housing Agency (Dinas PUPR). As many as 30
people who have used this application, 83% say they agree that this application can help
reporting damage to infrastructure in Malang City. Based on this, it can be concluded
that this application can facilitate the public in complaints related to infrastructure and
can also assist the Public Works Agency in accepting community complaints and
channeling complaints to the fields that handle them.
