Product – The WAREES Company has developed an innovative product that


improvises the current field of infrastructure. With a focus on research, technology,
and technical innovations, the company will be able to move with time, manufacturing
only the very competent products in building and constructions. It is a water reducer
admixture with its main feature-eggshells. This admixture aims to provide better and
sturdier infrastructure. Through this product, we can avoid some defects and can
prevent causing problems that none of the admixtures can provide. One of its main
features is Eggshells. Eggshells are known to have calcium carbonate, that allows it
to have hardness and strength, and can be an additive to the mixture of concrete
blocks.

Place – WAREES is very unique and one of the things that make it a stand out brand
is the fact that it is a vertically integrated retailer. What this means is that it designs,
manufactures and distributes the products itself. Domestically, the product is
transported to the distributors/ dealers from which sub-dealers will collect the
admixture. Another way of distributing our product is to introduce it to Dimaano
Construction & Supply Hardware. If the product becomes successful, our next move
is to branch out to other hardware stores.

Price – The business development team at WAREES keeps a meticulous eye on all
of its contemporaries and competitors. They have worked a way through which they
can manage the prices well. WAREES Cement basically deals in normal packets of
cement, which can be used for building prosperous homes with great ease.

WAREES is available for a meager price of Php 250.00. People from the remotest
corners of the Philippines can buy this admixture additive at the listed price while the
international prices are going to differ based on the taxation rates in the particular
country. The most important factor of consideration when marking the price of a
product is the product demand across the region. Places with surplus supply
experience lower pricing whereas those regions where the demand more than
production experience higher pricing.

Promotion – Since the company is only starting out, and the company’s budget is
not enough to advertise the product through televising on mass media. The better
way is to promote online through personal selling by the use of creating a page on
social media platform. With nearly half of the world’s population using social media
platforms, they’re a natural place to reach new and highly targeted potential
customers. Social ads are an inexpensive way to promote the product and distribute
content. This also offer powerful targeting options so you can reach the right audience
and make the most of the company’s budget.

People – People at WAREES believe that “The whole is other than the sum of the
parts”. Meaning that the company’s collaboration and cooperation is the ability to
direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. Motivation and
personal skill are laid emphasize upon. The employees at WAREES practice the
philosophy of quality, services, cleanliness and value is the guiding force behind its
service. The employees carries basic operation of a manufacturing company that
ensures customer satisfaction of the product.

As a result, every employee was required to look like a professional in every aspect.
Every element of their clothing-including dark jeans, a jacket or a blazer, needle cord
trousers or chinos, a shirt with collar and smart shoes, conservative hairstyles, clean
fingernails-and every other feature gave off the message of professionalism and
competence.

Position – The WAREES product are characterized by reliability, strength and


innovation. WAREES’ real strength lies in its culture, something that can never be
