DAY 2019 :“Young
Teachers: The future of
the Profession.”
This year, World
Teachers’ Day will
celebrate teachers with
the theme, “Young
Teachers: The future of the
Profession.” The day provides
the occasion to celebrate the
teaching profession
worldwide, to take stock of
achievements, and to address
some of the issues central for
attracting and keeping the
brightest minds and young
talents in the profession.
Teachers’ Day aims to raise
awareness of the importance
of the role played by teachers
all over the world. The
responsibility for educating
future generations is not a
light one by any means, so
show your support for these
dedicated and important
people not just on Teachers’
Day, but throughout the
whole year.
History :
World Teachers'
Day, also known
as International Teachers Day,
is held annually on October 5.
Established in 1994, it
commemorates the signing of
the 1966 UNESCO/ILO
Recommendation concerning
the Status of Teachers, which
is a standard-setting
instrument that addresses the
status and situations of
teachers around the world.
This recommendation outlines
standards relating to
education personnel policy,
recruitment, and initial
training as well as the
continuing education of
teachers, their employment,
and working conditions.
World Teachers' Day aims to
focus on "appreciating,
assessing and improving the
educators of the world" and to
provide an opportunity to
consider issues related to
teachers and teaching.

that you’ve been given to us
specially the LOVE that you
express on us, it’s so amazing.
I have so many memories that
we’ve been through to my last
teachers but ours together
with my classmates is my
FAVORITE. I think it is nice to
open a gift that is tied up with
the PERFECT BOW, but for us
you are our GIFT and
TREASURE. We miss your
WARMEST SMILE because it’s
been many days that we didn’t
see you smiling, you always
getting mad on the works that
we’ve never done yet and we
SORRY for that ma’am . We
hope that we will see you on
the next day smiling without
any reason, the INCRIDIBLE
SMILE we want, and we will
promise as your student that
