MAIN SKILL 4.1 Form letters and words in neat legible print using cursive writing .

COMPLEMENTARY SKILL 3.1 Recognise words in linear and non-linear texts by using knowledge of sounds of letters .

LEARNING STANDARD

4.1.2 (i) Form upper and lower case letters of regular size and shapes . ( Preliterate children only )

MAIN SKILL 4.1.2 (ii) Write letters and words in a straight line form from left to right with regular spaces between
words and spaces. ( all children )

3.1.1 Identify and recognise the shapes of the letters in the alphabet .
COMPLEMENTARY SKILL

By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to:-

LEARNING OBJECTIVE(S) Form upper and lower case letters from A to Z . ( Preliterate Children ) at least 10 with guidance .
Write letters and words correctly. ( all pupils ) at least 10 words correctly and 5 words with guidance.

3. Sing the alphabet song as in the previous lesson .

4. Ask pupils their names .
5. Pupils spell their name one by one .

7. Guide them to write correctly using lower and upper case .
8. Teacher give tasksheet to pupils.
9. Pupil have to the word for the picture and write it in straight line and using capital and
lowercase letter correctly. (pbd tp 3)
