JUST DANCE: KPOP COVER CHALLENGE

APPLICATION FORM

Your application as a team will be verified when this form is completed. A ₱100 /members must be
paid to secure your slots and choice of music. Just Dance: KPOP Cover Challenge will be held online
through our YouTube account: Uri Panda and our Facebook page: Uri Panda PH.
First Round: SHOW ME YOUR MOVES.
This contest would not only give you a chance to win but to also promote your groups into a wider
platform. This contest would last until January next year, which means that it will be a whole remaining
month of 2018 as promotions. Winner will get an incentives of being promoted for 3 months aside from
receiving a cash amount of ₱5,000.
Criteria:
60% YouTube Views
20% Video Presentation techniques
10% Comments
10% Costume
Rules:
1. Members of the groups should have the exact number of members as the chosen groups they are
covering.
2. The video should not be submitted to any other contest or have been uploaded online as a group
dance cover.
3. No group hopping.
4. Back up dancers are allowed as long as they are wearing all black during the filming of the video.
5. You are only allowed to back out if your group haven’t paid the registration fee.
6. Friendly competition is a must. Commenting vulgar words or any discouragement words towards
other groups is a disqualification of points.
7. Music reservation is in first come first serve. The first to pay will be the final participant to secure
that music.
8. All groups must send a 30 second introduction video to be posted on our Facebook page. Most
views, shares and comments would get a prize of ₱1,000.
9. Only 10 groups with the most views can proceed into the second round.
10. Might be ALL MALE, ALL FEMALE or CO-ED.
11. Winners takes all.
