I am Engr. Arvin P. Dela Roca, faculty of Adventist University of the Philippines under College
of Science and Technology, Engineering and Electronics Department. I am conducting a
feasibility study on offering Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in Adventist
University of the Philippines, Puting Kahoy, Silang, Cavite.

In connection with this, I would like to ask your help to provide the necessary data for my study,

NOTE: For your further understanding, below is the description of the degree program under
this study.

What Electrical Engineers do for society is very important. Engineers are present in most all
things used day to day. Technology with Electrical Engineers would be equivalent to kitchens
without chefs.

Thus, Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering is a degree program that prepares students
to get involved in the conceptualization, development, design and application of safe,
healthy, ethical, economical and sustainable generation, transmission, distribution and
utilization of electrical energy. This program was already approved by the Commission on
Higher Education (CHED) in December 2017. However, it is recently that AUP College of
Science and Technology, Department of Engineering plans to officially open the program this
coming 2nd semester AY 2019-2020, depending upon the result of this study.

The top areas you will find Electrical Engineers are in Power System, Electrical System
Design, Manufacturing, Power Plant Engineering and Construction.
