Parent’s Day and Foundation Day

2018 - 2019

A. Rationale:

In celebration of Parent’s Day and Foundation Day at INHS- Tibolo Extension it aims
to realize the importance of labor and sacrifices to our dear parents and reminiscing the
history of our school as well.

Hence, variety of activities were being agreed and conducted for the students and
parents to show their capacities and capabilities by all means. Moreover, it is the time for
them to become more closely bonded to each other.

Indeed, Inawayan National High School- Tibolo Extension conducts the activity with
the theme: Anak at Magulang ay Magmahalan dahil Pamliya ay Pag-ibig at Kapayapaan

B. Objectives:

 At the end of the culmination, the students and parents will develop:

 a sense of gratitude on the importance of family and education

 self-confidence and self-esteem among parents to students, and
to teachers

 D. Materials and Equipment:

 The following will be used during the culmination:

 4x5 size tarpaulin

 Schools supply (optional)

E. Mechanics:

 Consultative conference with teachers

 Conduct Parent’s Day and Foundation Day a one long day celebration
 Expose students and parents on different fun activities

F. Budgetary Requirement:

 The proposed budget for the Celebration of Parent’s Day and Foundation Day
is Php 5,000. The breakdown of expenses is presented below:
