TOPIC 5: HOW CAN WE STAY HEALTHY?


Health is an important factor for everyone. I am going to give you some simple ways to
keep a good health. Firstly, we should have a healthy diet. In every meal, we need to eat
lots of vegetables, which will help to supplement your fiber. Secondly, we can eat fish,
especially salmon to improve memory because many fish have omega-3 which is one of
the most important nutrients. Moreover, we need a healthy lifestyle. Getting enough sleep
will not make you feel tired when a new day comes, so we will have a full of vitality to
concentrate on working. Next, we also have to exercise every morning to keep our body
fit. Socializing with people brings us activeness and openess to learn many things from
them better. If you are not active and funny while working, you will definitely be very
anxious in both mentally and physically. So, be always fresh and full of energy to have a
positive thinking. That are several good ways to change your life to enjoy your
worthiness. Last but not least, wish you have a good health.

TOPIC 1: Describe your daily activities.


My day usually begins at 5 o’clock. I get up and do some exercise for about 30 minutes
to keep my health better. Then, I brush my teeth, and take a bath a little as part of my
habits. After that, I comb my hair, get dressed, and have a light breakfast with my family
at 6 a.m and leave for school later.
I often ride my motorbike to school because it’s flexible to change to decision if there’s
something unusual on my way. It takes me about 45 minutes to get to school. My frist
class start at 7 a.m and finishes 10:34. I often chat with friends or even do puzzles with
them at the break time. However, I usualy stay at home in the afternoon.
On Mondays and Wednesday evening, I have to attend evening classes of English to
improve my skills and knowledge. I’m learning General English at a center named ESL

Station Language Education Center. I always review my textbooks in advance to make
sure what I really understand or still not.

TOPIC 6: WHAT CAN WE DO TO BALANCE OUR DIET?


At the core of a balanced diet are foods that are low in unnecessary fats and sugars and
high in vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients. The following food groups are essential
parts of a balanced diet.The fruit is a great source of nutrition, the fruit makes snacks
delicious. Fruit is sugar. This sugar is natural, however, so fruit can still be a better choice
for you than other sugary foods. Vegetables are an important source of vitamins and
minerals. Dark green leaves are usually the most nutritious and can be eaten at every
meal. Eating a variety of vegetables will help you to obtain the plentiful nutrients that all
vegetables provide. Meat and beans are the main source of protein, an essential nutrient
for muscle and brain development. Lean meats, low in fat like chicken, fish and certain
types of pork and beef are the best options. Milk and dairy foods such as cheese and
yogurt are good sources of protein. They also contain calcium, which helps keep your
bones healthy. However, they are also the main sources of fat, so it's best to choose a
small portion of whole-fat cheeses, yogurt and nonfat or fat free milk.

TOPIC 7: IMPORTANT TO HAVE A FAMILY MEAL?


Family meals are important to everyone. After a long day of study and work, people will
return home to have a meal with their family that will bring them together. Cooking and
eating together is also the best way to connect people and improve family affection. In
addition, eating time will teach their children the importance of family. Home meals help
children eat a healthy diet instead of eating out bad food. Share the kitchen work with the
woman if they are at the same time taking on social work by setting the table. People say
that the family plays an important role in shaping the personality of the child..

TOPIC 9: SOLUTION PROTECT ENVIROMENT


Of course not! I think it is everyone’s responsibility to protect the environment. Sure, the
government has the power to enact laws and craft policies but how good is the law if
nobody respects it.We simply could not go on with our lives throwing our wastes
irresponsibly and expect the government to just clean it up. There is nothing left to clean
up in the first place if only we dispose things properly, it wastes both time and resources.
There are a lot of ways on how individuals can do to protect the environment some of
them are: Turn off appliances when you are not using them.Recycle and segregate your
biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste or better yet avoid creating trash by avoiding
disposable products.Minimize your water and electricity consumption.Use a fuel-efficient
car or if you are traveling in short distances, take a walk or ride a bicycle.These are just
small things we can do to change our lifestyles, imagine millions of other people doing
the same thing. It can gradually make a difference.

TOPIC 2: INTRODUCTION HOMTOWN
I was born and grew up in Hai Phong City. It’s a beautiful one and is located in the North
of Vietnam. As you know, it is surrouble by the Easten sea and it has clearly 4 season:
spring, summer, fall and winter. In the economy, Hai Phong plays an important role to
help the country develop. For example, logistic activities is contributed to hafl of it’s
GDP because of it is advantage of location. Moreover, Hai Phong is famous for the
traditional food, such as fresh and cheap sea food, crab soup with noodles and so on.
When international and domestics tourists come there, they often try those food and feel
delicious. Because of those reason, my homtown always attracts everone. That’s all about
the place, I belong to and inspines me a lot in my life journey.

TOPIC 3: important to preserve culture and tradition? Why?


Tradition represents an important part of our culture. They help shape the structure and
foundation of our family and our society. They remind us that we are part of a history that
defines our past, shapes who we are today and who we are capable of. Once we ignore
the meaning of tradition, we risk hurting the foundation of our identity. Tradition
reinforces values such as freedom, faith, integrity, good education, personal
responsibility, strong work ethic and the value of selflessness.

The tradition provides a forum for introducing role models and celebrating the really
important things in life.

Tradition offers an opportunity to say "thank you" for the contributions that someone has
made.

Tradition allows us to introduce the principles of our founders, celebrate diversity and
unity as a nation.

Tradition serves as a way to create lasting memories for our family and friends.
