Access window

By clicking on the system icon Sty001, it


will display a user verification window
(Image 1) (user and password provided
by the system creator), which refers to
the entry to who will be the
administrator of the system, once
digitized The information will be click on
Enter

Main Menu

Once in the main window of the Menu,


(Image 2), there are buttons that will take us
to navigate through the system according to
the needs of the user, click on the button you
want to enter.

Client Window

Choosing the Clients button of the


Menu Window, this opens a new
window (Image 3) where we find the
buttons Add: to enter a new Client,
Search: to find a Client, Save: to make
changes generated in the form and
Exit: to close this window and return
to the Menu window (image 2)

3 - Ventana Empleados

Employees Window

In this window the information of the


employees of the establishment is handled,
we find the same buttons of the previous
window (Image 3), and here we must enter
the information that we are asked for.

4 - Ventana Empleados.

Services window

In the services window, we enter the


information of the services that we offer
in the establishment, we modify the
existing ones, we eliminate those that are
no longer being provided.
It also generates reports and service
inventory.

Products window

In this window the user enters new


products, their presentation and the
retail price,
Search for new products, modify and
eliminate, if applicable.
The system gives us an inventory of
existing products in stock.

6 - Ingreso de Productos
Billing Window

Once entered into this window, it allows


you to make the invoice, in the product box
you can add as many lines as required
depending on the quantity of services or
products sold, the system automatically
generates an invoice with the
corresponding number according to the
requirements of the DIAN

7 - Facturación y Ventas
Appointment assignment

This window is intended to schedule


appointments to customers who require
it, here we can enter the client, but first it
must be created in the client window,
later in this window the appointment is
assigned, detailing the required service,
date and time.
The system does not allow duplicity of
schedules.
