1. Purpose of the text
 Instruction: for asking or guiding someone to do something.
 Short notice: for giving information or direction to people about something.
 Warning/caution: for giving a warning to people in avoiding danger.
2. Structure of the text
Definition and examples:
 Instruction: Instruction is a sentence that ordered people to do something. This
sentence is more synonymous with oral sentences.
Examples: Open your book, read chapter one, clean the whiteboard, submit your
homework, raise your hand, speak louder please, sit down, and etc.
 Short notice: Short notice is a notice, in the form of picture, writing or sign that is
used to provide information to people.
Examples: do not park here, no smoking, this area is monitored by cctv, no food
and drink allowed, no mobile phone
 Warning/caution: Warning/caution is a notice, in the form of picture, writing or
sign that is used to warn someone about something risk.
Examples: wet floor, danger high voltage, watch your step, hot surface do not
touch,
