COMMON:

UPS power point to be considered as fuse type for all IBMS equipments

50mm*50mm to be considered only on Vertical cold aisle areas

In POD, 50mm Trunking/perforated trays need to consider on all cold aisle for detector & rodent fixing.

Chipping & initial finishing works to be considered

300mm Trays/Trunking with closure to be considered inside shafts & below DDC panel

Distribution racks to be considered for each floor (Min. 9U rack)

SCADA system workstation with monitor, cat-6 cables, N/W switch to be considered

Network uplink cable for all system to be considered.

VESDA:

Required Xtralis monitoring application VSM4.

Gray pipes are having more quality than Red pipes, even the red pipe accessories are not available due
to which painting to be done and it doesn’t look quality.

WLD:

Need Addressable WLD panel with In-built battery backup or we can consider 8 Zone panel which is
available in Star Make.

CCTV:

Support should be supplied from OEM to have quality.


Zoom In/Out & Auto focus feature related cameras to be considered.

Need to consider 6 No’s of 4TB HDD for 20 cameras (Approx.)

Model No for CCTV switch should be DGS 3120-48TC/24TC to avoid any BW issues and it’s been
recommended from N/W team.

BMS:

Required 10-15% points free space in each JACE controller to utilize for future.

Required 10% spare IO points in each DDC panel.

JACE 8200 is preferred to have maximum IO points

Need to work out on SNMP communication instead of Modbus communication from UPS. At present
data fetching are getting delayed up to 2-3 mins.

Default design of each DDC panel should be 1 Spyder and 3 SIO modules along with relays & fuse for
sensors

Need to consider 5 No’s of T/RH sensors in each cold aisle row.

Specific sensor model no. need to be mentioned.

IO summary to be considered of all equipment’s pertaining to all electrical and HVAC units.

Soft IO points to be considered as per operations requirement

Tagging for every 5 meters need to be mentioned in all IBMS cables as per client req.

Cables to be considered as per the attached IO summary to avoid

From GSS gas release IO points to be considered for controlling the exhaust and FA fans.

ACS:

Separate door contact need to consider for emergency exit door

EDR should have dual contact for monitoring the same.

Consider resettable and Pull down EDR

In corridors, don’t consider Access system for BOM 53 client.

PAS:

Required 6 No’s of speakers in every DC Hall.

Every floor to have separate loop & Amp.

After first knock, Need to have initial message from Main controller and if it’s not clear within 3 min
then evacuation message to be announced. (Respective inputs/relays to be considered)

FAS:
Required Smock detectors in each Hot Aisle as per client requirement.

Separate panel is required with 10 loops, since existing panel loops are over.

BOM53 is asking the FAS graphics in BMS so required communication card and points in JACE.

Consider resettable and Pull down MCP

CM to be considered for every sounders.

BFF detector identification stickers to be considered in scope

Cause and effect matrix to be considered.

Every loop IN & OUT/every 20 detectos FIM to be considered

Cable quantity has to increase, since sounder loop cable is separate

GSS:

2 No’s of CM has to consider for GSS

Required GSS nozzle in each cold aisle.

3D drawing for 9th floor GSS system to be provided to have a clear view on installation

Need to avoid space constraint issues which is already faced in 6F DC2

Design has to finalize immediately since the material delivery and logic panel will take min. of 1.5
months lead time.
