Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition

Every day my life is a challenge, since daily there are new goals for new
activities to do in my work, I put a lot of interest in both my personal and
work things, since every day is a learning and we can make mistakes but
also look for a solution, the competition that there is a lot since each one
wants to look for new life opportunities, improve the economic situation and
our lifestyle, there a variety of people in the streets waiting for opportunities
but perhaps they do not have the experience or sufficient recognition to
ascend to new stages
One of the best things is independence because it allows us to have different
schedules and so we can spend more time with our families, do what we like
with certainty that what is done is done well without fear without mistakes,
so we are finding relationships new, new projects that generate more money
and new experiences
