Jagannadham Thunuguntla
Equity Head
Mr. Jagannadham is a member of the ICAI & ICWAI. As the equity head of the SMC Capitals, he has advised
various clients on restructuring and corporate finance and is responsible for Equity Syndications. Before joining
SMC, he was with Morgan Stanley and was part of the Indian delegation to China, Singapore and Malaysia from
ICAI.

Mr. Agrawal has gained rich corporate finance experience of almost 3 decades in various organizations and
has a successful track record in Restructuring of Debt with Banks & FIs, Debt Syndication, Corporate Advisory,
M&A and Buyout Advisory and completed assignment of launching India’s 1st Television Satellite Channel on
Health.

Shagun Madan

Shagun is a fellow member of ICSI and has a rich corporate experience in legal and corporate advisory
services. Before joining SMC she was with JK organization. She has advised a number of clients on ESOP and
Capital raising along with the formation and spearheading of a team for identifying opportunities and
developing the market strategy for investment banking services.

Satish Mangutkar
Assistant Vice President
Satish has a rich corporate experience of more than nine years in Merchant Banking services. Prior to joining
SMC he worked with Keynote Corporate Services Ltd. As part of the corporate and investment banking group,
he has worked with a number of clients for various merchant banking services. He has strong liaisoning
capabilities with regulators like SEBI and Stock Exchanges. He possesses in-depth knowledge of process
involved in public issues, rights issues, substantial acquisition & takeovers and buyback of equity shares.
