We all know that Banana Festival of Baco was
renowned as the number one product of the town which
became popular all over the world due to its
exportation of the said product.

In this proposal, ANGHEL JUAN Events Management


Services also want to celebrate the said event
together with the celebration of Saint Joseph which is
the patron of the town. It is dated during March 8
every year.

EVENT DESCRIPTION
Poblacion is a barangay in the munipality of baco,in the province of Mindoro. Its population as

determined by the 2015 census was 3,021. This represented 8.12% of the total population of

Baco. In this barangay located the town plaza where the event is going to held. This place is

perfect for accommodation large people because of its wide plaza. There is no problem n

security because there is a police station there.

EVENT BRIEF
Title: Banana Festival
Venue: Poblacion, Baco, Oriental Mindoro
Location: Poblacion Plaza
Date and Time: March 8-9 (Sunday and Monday) 7:00am-9:00pm
Concept: Open to all Bacoenos want to participate to an Street Dancing
competition wearing colorful attire and competition of floats using Banana as
their major materials.
Theme: Participants must wear a colorful attire as part of the festival.
Goals/Objectives:
To promote the Banana not only in Baco but to all parts of the country.
To be renowned as the best town with the best banana delicacy and to develop
the spirit of solidarity and camaraderie among the people in the town of Baco.
HIGHLIGHTS OF EVENTS

ACTION PLAN
1. Check the venues safety and security.
2. Have a back-up plan for venue if it is not available.
3. Coordinate with the clients for further instruction.
4. Seek support from local police to be on standby in case of emergency.
5. Ensure that the facilities to be used like sound systems are in good working
condition.
6. Clear out the Baco road for the smooth flow of the Street Dancing
competition and the parade of float.
7. Check the availability of the priest.
8. Secure the generator set.
9. Activities during the event proper will be strictly monitored to avoid
untoward incidences.

SERVICE CONTRACT
This contract is entered between Hon. Reynaldo A. Marco (Client) Mayor , Baco
and Mr. Angel John F. Jalop (Planner) President & Owner of ANGHEL JUAN Events
Management Services
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RGL Events Provider will provide full professional services including but not limited to event
managing, hosting, staging, directorship, and will provide the necessary supplies for BANANA
FESTIVAL 2020 which will be held on march 8—9 2020 from 7 am – 12:00 pm at Poblacion
Baco Plaza and will pay the Total amount of 799,250 php for entire service provided.
One half of the total expenses amounting to 399,625 php is to be paid upon the completion
of this contract as a DEPOSIT to hold the date ( deposit is not refundable) and the balance of
the total amount to be paid on the date of the event. ANGHEL JUAN EVENT MANAGEMENT
SERVICES will furnish labor and equipment, materials including set – up and break down.
