Dengan memanjatkan puji syukur kehadirat Allah SWT, atas segala limpahanrahmat
dan karunia-Nya kepada kami, sehingga kami dapat menyelesaikan tugas makalah ini,
dengan judul “MODEL ASUKAN KEPERAWATAN PROFESIONAL METODE KASUS”
Kami menyadari bahwa dalam proses penulisan makalah ini masih jauh
darikesempurnaan baik materi maupun cara penulisannya. Namun demikian,kami
telah berusaha dengan segala kemampuan dan pengetahuan yang kami miliki sehinggadapat
selesai dengan baik,oleh karena itu dengan rendah hati dan tangan terbuka
kamimengharapkan kritik dan saran dari pembaca.Semoga makalah ini dapat bermanfaat bagi
pembaca. Akhirnya bila ada kata-kata yang kurang berkenan bagi pembaca kami mohon maaf

In ICU

ROLE:

SCENARIO

In the room there Sentosa Healthy RSI Sakinah on behalf of patients treated Tn.X
postoperative cardiac surgery. Suddenly Mr. X had a cardiac arrest, so the nurse Sakinah
filed refer to the ICU for more intensive monitoring. Before being taken to the ICU
patients had a cardiac arrest and cardiopulmonary resuscitation was performed, her
condition stabilized with 100x pulse / min. So that needs to be done post-resuscitation
care.

The second patient was Mr. S to diagnose pneumothorax. Before being taken to the
ICU patients had breath in distress Sakinah inpatient unit. So, we need intensive care in the
ICU.

MORNING SHIFT
Head room (Karu) ICU got a call from the room by a nurse Sakinah.

Nurses Sakinah : Assalamualaikum, whether this is with the head of the ICU
room?

Nursing Adm : Walaikum Salam. Yeah right, this is by whom?

Nurses Sakinah : It's from Space Sakinah, that no new patients

on behalf of Mr. X-treated post-surgery
heart. the situation has stabilized,
 but to avoid the occurrence of cardiac arrest back
then we nurse from Sakinah space refers to the ICU
to monitor the development of Tn. X intensively.
Nursing Adm : Yes well, please immediately brought to the room.

We will prepare everything.

Before the patient arrives in the ICU R. Karu collect ICU nurses who were on
duty in the morning

Nursing Adm : There is a new patient from room Sakinathat there is a new
patient on behalf Tn.X hospitalized after heart surgery.
Where cardiac arrest and cardiopulmonary resuscitation was
performed at room Sakinah, and the situation has stabilized,
but to avoid the occurrence of cardiac arrest back then we
nurse from Sakinah space refers to the ICU to monitor
progress intensively Tn.X

nurse 1 Good bu, we immediately set up his office and

equipment that support nursing actions that will be
done later.

nurse 2 : Of course I will also be helpful.

10 minutes later the patient Tn. X came to the ICU nurse Sakinah R. operand with
ICU nurses

nurse 1 : This is Mr. X who had a cardiac arrest and begin to

stabilize displaced spatial ICU with BP 120/70
mmHg, Nadi: 80x / min RR: 18x / min,
Temperature: 37o C. So that needs to be done
intensive monitoring of cardiac arrest scared back.

Nursing Adm : Okay, thank you. I will immediately handle.

nurses Sakinah : Mr. X, now you'd be treated with

Nurse 1, then you'd be treated intensively here,

hopefully yes father a speedy recovery.
patient X : (Just look at the Nurse Vegas and 1).

nurse 1 : We'll take care of Mr. wholeheartedly. Hopefully Mr

can cooperatively our care in this room.
nurses Sakinah : Good, thanks Nurse 1.

Assalamualaikum..
Perawat1 : Walaikum Salam. I'll start doing

observation (check ekogram and monitor infusion

in patients Mr. X).

patient X : (Just look again)

nurse 1 : Mr later the former site of the operation will Be

painful. yes, it was because of his drug already
running out. So ached, and the wound has not yet
dried. I later do wound care. I saw the tape, Mr.
blood pressure 140/90 mmHg, still quite high Mr.
InsyaAllah. The best treatment for Mr order
condition Father remain stable. Then I lived in. 30
minutes later I would return back to check ekogram.

Meanwhile in the inpatient unit Sakinah there are also patients who experienced
distress breath pneumothorax requiring intensive care, therefore Nurse 1
immediately took him to the ICU room.

nurses Sakinah : Assalamualaikum, in a patient room Sakinah

with pneumothorax experiencing distress breath,

by that I wish to refer Mr. S to the ICU in order to
receive intensive care.

Nursing Adm : Well all right then I'll be right

prepare a place for Tn.S.

nurses Sakinah : Well Mom, then I'll be right bring Tn. S to the ICU.
R. sakinah nurse arrived in the ICU and report to the head of state Tn.S ICU
room to weigh received.

nurses Sakinah : Assalamualikum Mom, this patient who

experienced distress S breath and I have put up
oxygen, and the condition of the patient at this time
did not improve, and require intensive care.

Nursing Adm : Waalaikumsalam, all right then, I'll be dealing

with a patient Nurse 2 S, in a comprehensive
manner.

nurses Sakinah Thank you ma'am, then I'll go back to my room to

take action to the other patients.

Nursing Adm (Heading to Nurse 2)

2 Nurses have patients who experienced

distress her breath and the state has not
improve.
 Also, please immediately handle patients S and
check pernafasaannya.

nurse 2 Good bu then I immediately signed patient S. (while

heading to the patient and immediately bring the
patient to the operating room to do a tracheostomy
and ventilator installation).

After installation of the ventilator needs enough head room then instructed Nurse
2 for taking a patient's blood to do a check BGA.

Nursing Adm : Nurse 2 later please do retrieval

blood to patients S and immediately send it to a

laboratory to do the check BGA.

nurse 2 : Well then Mom, I'll be right

do it. (Immediately headed to the patient)

A few hours later BGA result of Mr. S out and the results were normal.
Demonstrate the need for O2patients are met and Nurse 2 report to Nursing
Administration. Then Nursing ordered Nurse 2 for maintaining patient ventilator
S as needed oxygen needed and always observing the condition of the patient and
ventilator checks BGA
.
