Scheme of GIFT University and I do hereby undertake to abide by all the instructions. Further undertake that I shall repay all the loan
amount according to the schedule settled between me and GIFT University. I also undertake that I will not initiate any legal (Civil or
Crime) proceeding against the University if it stops my degree on account of non repayment of loan amounts.

I accept and agree that GIFT University may from time to time, and without notice to me amend the loan rules and that any such
amendment shall not affect the validity of this guarantee.

 TERMS AND CONDITION OF GIFT UNIVERSITY LOAN
(a) Qualifications:-
(i) Applicant / Borrower must have 60% marks or 2.2 GPA with no failure in his / her academic
record or at the time of application.
(ii) Monthly Income of Father / Guardian(s) Should be less than Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand).

(b) Loan Amount:-

(i) Loan amount will be sanctioned according to the needs of the student and availability of funds
in the loan pool.
(ii) Loan amount will be used only for the payment of University fee.

(c) Schedule for the Advance of the Loan Amount:-

(i) Total loan amount will not be given in advance.
(ii) Loan installment will be adjusted against the student’s account at the beginning of each
semester.
(iii) University will withdraw loan facility, if student / Borrower get less than 2.2 GPA or fails in any
course in the last semester.
(iv) University will restore loan facility, if student / Borrower clear his grades and improve his / her
GPA to at least 2.2.
(v) Separate schedule for issuance of loan amount will be attached with the Application Form.

(d) Schedule for the repayment of Loan Amount:-

(i) Six months will be given as grace period at the end of the program for the repayment of loan
amount.
(ii) Loan amount will be repaid in monthly installments.
(iii) Monthly installment will not be less than Rs. 3000 (Three Thousand) per month and the loan will
become payable immediately if the student drops out the program in maximum 36 monthly
installments.
(iv) Degree will not be issued / granted if the student / borrower fail to repay the loan amount as
per schedule.
(v) Schedule for repayment of loan amount is attached with the application form.

(e) Termination :-
(i) The loan will be terminated if the student / Borrower change his / her residential address without giving
intimation to University;
(ii) Leaves the University. In this case the student / Borrower will be required to pay the entire
amount of the loan. Otherwise, no leaving certificate / transcript will be issued to hem / her;
(iii) Obtains less than 2.2 GPA in the previous semester;
(iv) Changes his / her course of study;
(v) Gives wrong information to the University;
(vi) Submits any fake or fictitious document, Certificate or degree etc;
(vii) Do any immoral act or commits serious Crime.

(f) Surety :-
(i) Application shall submit one surety on a Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- a sample of which is
attached herewith.

(g) Documents Required :-

(i) Photo Copy of N.I.C of Applicant.
(ii) Photo copy of N.I.C of Father / Guardian.
(iii) Photo copy of N.I.C of Guarantor.
(iv) Photo copies of all academic certificates.
