• Coordinating an average of 10 events per semester with up to 900 in attendance by managing logistics,
researching and facilitating communication between prospective venues, speakers, media outlets and
targeted audiences
• Optimizing protocols for marketing and event-planning through the creation of centralized resources such as
GANNT charts, marketing timelines, a collaborative spreadsheet for yearly event planning logistics, and
comprehensive databases of venues, partners, and media contacts
• Supervising tasks of volunteers and high school interns on the Events team, training new hires and serving
as interim Coordinator as needed
• Writing materials for grants, donation requests, and sponsorship packets, resulting in $50,000 worth of
