Menua merupakan proses alamiah, yang berarti seseorang telah melalui

empat tahap kehidupannya, yaitu anak, remaja, dewasa dan tua. Peningkatan jumlah
lansia ini menimbulkan banyak persoalan yang dihadapi lansia salah satunya
masalah hipertensi. Hipertensi pada lansia merupakan kejadian yang pasti dan yang
disebabkan oleh penurunan fungsi sel.
Tujuan studi kasus mampu menetapkan asuhan keperawatan gerontik
dengan menggunakan proses keperawatan yang komprehensif.
Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara, pendidikan dan edukasi,
observasi dan studi kepustakan.
Permasalahan yang dialami lansia dilihat dari perubahan fisik, psikis, dan
sosial. Dari ke tiga perubahan tersebut, Pada usia lanjut akan mengalami proses
degenerasi fungsi sel sehingga menimbulkan banyak masalah kesehatan seperti
hipertensi. faktor penyebab hipertensi pada lansia adalah tingginya konsumsi
natrium, stress, usia dan juga lingkungan yang kurang kondusif dapat menyebabkan
faktor cedera bagi lansia.
Masalah keperawatan yang terjadi pada Tn.H.G yaitu gangguan rasa
nyaman nyeri dan resiko cedera.
Perencanaan keperawatan dilakukan sesuai dengan kondisi dan sumber
daya yang dimiliki oleh keluarga binaan. Oleh karena itu, tidak semua rencana
dilakukan. Implementasi dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan klien dan keluarganya.

Evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui hasil dari tindakan keperawatan yang

telah diberikan. Dua dignosa tersebut semuanya teratasi.
Berdasarkan hasil dari proses asuhan keperawatan yang dilakukan selama
tiga kali kunjungan rumah, diharapkan klien harus ikut berpartisipasi dalam upaya-
upaya kesehatan serta menjaga kebersihan lingkungan.

Aging is a natural process, which means that someone has gone through
four stages of life, namely children, adolescents, adults and old people. The increase
in the number of elderly people raises many problems faced by the elderly one of
them is the problem of hypertension. Hypertension in the elderly is a definite event
and is caused by a decrease in cell function.
The purpose of the case study is to establish gerontik nursing care using a
comprehensive nursing process.
The methods used are interviews, education and education, observation
and library studies.
Problems experienced by the elderly are seen from physical,
psychological, and social changes. Of the three changes, in the elderly will
experience a process of degeneration of cell function, causing many health
problems such as hypertension. the causes of hypertension in the elderly are high
sodium consumption, stress, age and a less conducive environment that can cause
injury factors for the elderly.
Nursing problems that occur in Tn.H.G are disorders of comfort pain and
risk of injury.
Nursing planning is carried out in accordance with the conditions and
resources possessed by the built family. Therefore, not all plans are carried out.
Implementation is carried out by involving clients and their families.
Evaluation is done to find out the results of nursing actions that have been
given. The two dignosa are all resolved.
Based on the results of the nursing care process carried out during three
home visits, it is expected that the client must participate in health efforts and
maintain environmental cleanliness.
