Absentee Plantain farm Investment – Farm ownership or lease where an investor
buys or leases a farmland for 3 yrs and invests in the farm. We prepare the
farmland for the investor owner and plant and manage the farm free for 3yrs. On
every harvest we buy off the owner investors plantain harvest and pay him the
money from his farm produce while they go about their jobs or business.

FARMS” is a Farm Estate at Abule-Ojo village around Ogere in Ogun State, about
45min. drive from Ikeja, Lagos..
The Products
We have 100s of Acres of farmland we want for the cultivation of plantain. And we are
opening opportunities for you to either own or lease a portion of the farmland, we will till
the land and cultivate same, insure the farm against eventualities, then buy off your
product at every harvest (send the money to you). We will process plantain to plantain
flour (Elubo), plantain chips and other recipes for our own profits. Hence investment
product are:-

 INVEST N1,000,000 to purchase 1acre (6plots) farmland and prepare same for
planting. While 1 plot costs N150,000 for purchase and preparation.
 INVEST another N800,000/acre for the cultivation and management of plantain
farm on your 1acre farmland for 3years. Or N155,000/plot for your 1 plot for
cultivation and management. This management fund will be used to
 Buy hybrid plantain seedlings and treat them
 Plant the seedlings
 Insure the farm with Nigerian Agric Insurance corporation for protection against
eventualities for 3years
 Buy and apply fertilizers twice yearly for 3years
 Get other organic fertilizers to compliment
 Run irrigation during dry seasons for 3years
 Staff and run the farm daily for 3years
 Provide security till harvest especially during fruiting seasons
 Community liaison

So, total investment of


N1,000,000k + N800,000k = N1,800,000/acre
OR
N150,000 + N155,000 = N305,000/plot
For the Lease option
 Lease 1acre for 3years and we plant and manage farm on it for 3years. After 3years
our contract is determined. The cost of this option =

N1,300,000/acre. While for 1plot lease you invest N220,000/plot


 For the first (buy) option you own the farmland forever which keeps appreciating but
for the second option after the 3years of contract. Its ends except you are willing to
renew for another maximum of 2years before we leave the land to fallow..
OUR OFFER

You invest before February 28th, 2018


We allow you spread your investment payment on more convenient terms for 1
acre

 N800,000 = first installment


 N375,000 = Second installment
 N375,000 = Third installment
For 1plot of farmland

 N140,000 = first installment
 N65,000 = Second Installment
 N65,000 = Third Installment

And within this period you can pay outright only


 N1,480,000/acre only
 N250,000/plot only

While your Returns start counting from Second Installment.

For the lease option you spread investment in three (3) installments
 N600,000 = first installment
 N275,000 = Second installment
 N275,000 = Third installment

For 1plot of farmland


 N100,000 = first installment
 N47,500 = Second Installment
 N47,500 = Third Installment

And within this period you can pay outright only


 N1,000,000/acre only
 N175,000/plot only

While your Returns start counting from Second Installment.


UPON PAYMENT, YOU GET YOUR FARMLAND PURCHASE

 Deed of Assignment (much later)

RETURNS
From both options you earn the following from 1acre
Farmland within 3years of management contract
 1st Year (10th -11th Month) =N400,000/acre & N70k/plot
 2nd Year (1st 6months)=N500,000/acre & N82,500/plot
 2nd Year (2nd 6months)=N500,000/acre & N82,500/plot
 3rd Year (1st 6months)=N500,000/acre & N82,500/plot
 3rd Year (2nd 6months)=N500,000/acre & N82,500/plot

Total = N2,400,000/acre & N400,000/plot


NOTE:- Multiples of Acres can actually be acquired or leased.
You get returns if you purchase farmland and your land will still be appreciating
by about 12% per annum.
RISK/RETURN MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE:
 We are insuring the farm to take the risk off us and insuring with the only Agric
Insurance Company in Nigeria that is reinsured by the Central Bank and the Federal
Government.
 While we process to finished product for sale, a percentage of our own profit, is
isolated into an account on the event of anything we can fall back on that fund to pay
investors their returns.
 We have our farm too, so that on the event yield is low we arrange payment of returns
from our own farm yield. Hence contract is not indefinite.
