3. Position Objectives

Plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of an organization to maximize
the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation,
recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.

1. Manpower Planning and Development
Memastikan ketersediaan tenaga kerja yang handal, sesuai
dengan kebutuhan atau permintaan departemen. Dengan
merekrut personel baru yang dilaksanakan oleh Recruitment &
People Development Officer bertujuan meningkatkan
produktivitas perusahaan.
2. Human Resources Policy & System Development
Memastikan keterkinian kebijakan dan prosedur yang berkaitan
dengan kesejahteraan dan produktivitas pekerja. Memastikan
pengembangan HR system yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan
perusahaan.
3. Performance & Reward Management
Memastikan pelaksanaan kontrak kerja pekerja dilaksanakan Compliance
sesuai dengan regulasi yang berlaku, sejak seorang pekerja
mulai bekerja di UTE hingga putus hubungan kerja (pensiun,
mengundurkan diri, selesai masa kontrak, meninggal dunia,
mutasi ke perusahaan lain)
Memastikan program-program penilaian karya dilaksanakan di Performance Appraisal
seluruh lingkungan UTE untuk mengevaluasi perkembangan
performa pekerja demi peningkatan produktivitas perusahaan.
Memastikan pelaksanaan program-program pemberian Reward
imbalan atas karya pekerja UTE (insentif, service reward,
special reward) berjalan sesuai dengan regulasi yang berlaku.
4. People Development
Memastikan pelaksanaan program-program pengembangan Development program
individu pekerja sejak mulai bekerja hingga masa persiapan
pensiun (teknis maupun non-teknis).
5. Industrial Relation
Memastikan pelaksanaan prinsip-prinsip hubungan industrial di Min. Labour Dispute
perusahaan berjalan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku, Company interest in KKB
dan mewakili perusahaan dalam pembicaraan atau negosiasi
yang berkaitan dengan kesejahteraan pekerja dan perusahaan
(dalam penyusunan KKB, pertemuan rutin, dll).
6. Organizational Development
Memastikan berjalannya upaya-upaya perubahan (struktur,
kultur, regulasi , dll) dalam lingkungan organisasi/perusahaan
melalui beragam intervensi atau strategi yang terintegrasi
untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan 'kesehatan' organisasi
dalam mengikuti perkembangan bisnis sesuai dengan
perencanaan perusahaan.
7. Policy and Procedure Practices
Memastikan pelaksanaan peraturan, kebijakan, dan prosedur
yang telah ditetapkan atasan dijalankan secara efektif dalam
lingkungan departemennya.
