Bangalore with special reference to the Joint Commission Standards (JCI)”

1. Research Design
It refers to the conception structure within which the research would be
conducted .It indicates a plan of action to be carried out in connection with the
proposed research work. It is a procedure for data collection and analysis.
The research design used for this study is descriptive type. It includes surveys and
fact findings enquiries of different training programs.

Sample design
Simple random sampling method will be used among employees to obtain the data.
Sample Size
The sample size will be selected on the basis of objective set. On the basis of
simple random sampling. The Cochran’s formula for calculating the sample size is
