OBEJCTIVE:
Fatigue analysis of bar of dimension of 50mm×50mm×100mm
PROCEDURE
1. Open the ansys and select the static structure and create the rectangle of dimension of
50mm×50mm×100mm.
2. Then select the model fine the mesh into the fine and insert the force of 10000N at the
different face of bar.
3. Go the the solution and and select the fatigue tool and insert 1.life 2. Safety factor.

Objective:- To analyze the deformation of I- section due to Fatigue load.
Procedure:-
1.Open the Ansys application on the desktop. Select the static structure .
2. select the geometry module and make a I – section geometry either by sketching or by concept
tool on the menu bar.
3. select the model section where the meshing and load distribution to be done. Apply tensile
load of 10KN on the both end.
4. Go to the solution section and choose the fatigue tool leads to life and safety factor.
6, Take reading two times one for zero based cycle and other for fully reversed cycle.
7. now generate the solution of the above processes:-
Result:-
For zero based
