Sir,
Under special power of attorney on behalf
of Vijay Paswan who has been referred to
me as a client i am sending you this legal
notice no amongst ground .

1. That my client is a peace loving and law abiding citizen.

2. That you and my client were known to each other since long.
3. That my client in need of a piece of land which upon you agreed him to
give him land and accordingly demanded 2,00,000/- (Two Lakhs) as an
advance and accordingly my client trusting on you on 17/01/18 gave
two lakhs to you.
4. That on 17/01/18 you assured my client to give him land in three
months but time lapsed and you did not give land to my client and
every time excuses.
5. That as you were not giving land to my client hence he started
demanding his money and on such on 30/07/18 you gave a cheque of
Punjab National Bank bearing Cheque No. 842512 worth Rs. Two Lakhs
in favour of my client.
6. That my client trusting on you accepted the cheque and presented the
same in his bank on which upon on 18/08/18 the cheque given by you
bounced as the bank gave a remark as the Account is blocked.
7. That you knowing this fact issued a cheque that your account is blocked
amount to cheating.
8. That my client trusted on and the other hand you cheated my client
with a malafide intention.
9. That a legal notice had been given to you on 10/9/18 than you had
assured to pay Rs. 2,00,000/- on 25/09/18 within 10days, but you had
been failed again. Again i had demanded my money then you answered
that he had deposited the money in his Bank Account. Again I deposited
the said cheque for clearance, but again the said cheque had been
dishonoured on 17/10/18.
10. That my client has got all proof to prove his case before competent
jurisdiction.
11. That my client has given two lakhs to you with wrong motive has issued
the cheque knowing all the facts.
12. That I request you to return the amount of my client within a fortnight
otherwise my client will be forced to take legal step and lodged a case
against you U/S- 406,420. I.P.C and 38 N.I. Act .
13. That my client is shocked by your act and he several times tried to
contact you but all his efforts went in vain hence this legal notice is
being sent.
14. That this legal notice has been prepared mechanically and the copy of
the notice has been preserved in my office to future reference.
