A. Kompetensi Inti:

KI 3:Kompetensi Pengetahuan, yaitu Memahami, menerapkan, menganalisis


pengetahuan faktual, konseptual, prosedural berdasarkan rasa ingin tahunya
tentang ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, seni, budaya, dan humaniora dengan
wawasan kemanusiaan, kebangsaan, kenegaraan, dan peradaban terkait
penyebab fenomena dan kejadian, serta menerapkan pengetahuan prosedural
pada bidang kajian yang spesifik sesuai dengan bakat dan minatnya untuk
memecahkan masalah.
KI 4:Kompetensi Keterampilan, yaitu Mengolah, menalar, dan menyaji dalam ranah
konkret dan ranah abstrak terkait dengan pengembangan dari yang dipelajarinya

C. Tujuan Pembelajaran
1. Melalui sebuah teks dialog, siswa membedakan penggunaan “will” and “be
going to” secara mandiri.
2. Melalui sebuah situasi, siswa dapat menjodohkan sebuah situasi
menggunakan “Be going to” dengan bekerja sama.
3. Melalui sebuah dialog, siswa dapat Menyusun kembali dialog acak tentang
“will” dan “be going to” dengan percaya diri dan mandiri.

Motivasi
 Memberikan gambaran tentang manfaat
mempelajari pelajaran yang akan dipelajari.

 Memberitahukan materi pelajaran yang akan
dibahas pada pertemuan saat itu.
 Memberitahukan tentang kompetensi dasar,
indikator dan tujuan pembelajaran pada
pertemuan yang berlangsung

Inti Tahap pertama: Pembagian Kelompok 60 menit


 Siswa dibagi dalam beberapa kelompok yang
tiap kelompoknya terdiri dari 3-4 siswa secara
heterogen.
Tahap kedua : Presentasi dari guru
 Ditayangkan video dialog tentang “will and be
going to” peserta didik mengamati dialog
tersebut.
 Siswa memperhatikan tayangan video yang
diputar oleh guru
 Siswa melakukan tanya jawab terkait video
yang ditanyangkan
 Siswa memperhatikan penyajian materi oleh
guru
Tahap Ketiga: Kerja Tim
 Siswa mendapatkan lembar kerja Peserta Didik
(LKPD)
 Peserta didik bertanya tentang hal yang belum
dipahami, atau guru melemparkan beberapa
pertanyaan kepada peserta didik.
 Peserta didik berdiskusi dalam kelompok
untuk menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan
oleh guru di LKPD. Anggota kelompok yang
lebih tau menjelaskan kepada anggota yang
lain.
 Peserta didik menyusun dialog acak tentang

 Peserta didik bersama guru membahas hasil
kerja kelompok

Tahap Keempat: Kuis/ Evaluasi


 Siswa mengerjakan kuis yang diberikan oleh guru

WILL VS BE GOING TO

Future tenses will and going to are used in different ways in English, people often
get the two confused and tend to just refer to will as the future in all cases, however this
is not right. Both will and going to refer to a specific time in the future.
