COOK SELLERS

Personnel are the people who are responsible in preparing the products

of the business. Also, theses personnel are responsible in delivering the

products to the target market.

For this business, the personnel assigned will be the proponents

themselves. They will be divided in to two (2) groups comprising of four (4)

members each. These two (2) groups will be working everyday in a week,

with five (5) working days, but will be assigned alternately in different tasks.

These tasks are the following:

 Cook- The cook will be assigned in preparing the products to be sold.

This includes, purchasing of the necessary ingredients and cooking

the products. Also, after the cooking process, they will also be

responsible in cleaning the area where cooking of the products was

made.

 Sellers- Sellers are responsible in delivering the products to the

target market. These people should be knowledgeable enough on

how the products will be presented to the customers. Seller will be

having two shifting: the fist two sellers will be assigned in the morning,

from 8:00 AM - 12:00 NN, and the other two will be assigned in the

afternoon from 12:00 NN - 5:00 PM. But if deemed necessary, sellers

will be working together depending on situations where consumers

are at its highest volume. In order for our products to be sold properly

to our consumers, it is very important for our sellers to have these

following characteristics: First, they must be time-oriented, so that

they can serve our customers as soon as our business starts its

business hours; Second, they must be good in marketing skills so

that it will be easier for them to sell our products; And lastly, they

should be open for our consumer’s suggestion to further improve our

product.
G. CAPITAL

It may be hard for us to put up the right amount of investment for a

business solely. But together, with this partnership type of business, the

partners will invest the same amount of money that serves as capital.

Through that capital,it will serves as a stepping stone in making our dreams

into reality. Through that money, we will be able to buy the necessary things

needed in the business operation. We will also be able to pay the fees in

order for the business to function well. But above all, the partners will serve

the money as an inspiration. Inspiration in a way that, we, the partners, will

always do our best to make that money grow and to make our business

successful.
 In terms of profit sharing, the partners will divide the profit equally. No

partner shall receive higher or lower amount of profit since the partners

invested the same amount of money as capital.
