Since the successful passage of Proposition A in April
of 2010, Metro has restored most of the transit service
eliminated in 2009. This process of reducing and
restoring service has been difficult for Metro customers.
Now beginning with the November 29, 2010 service
change, the Metro system is reaching a point of stability.
Because the Saint Louis region is a vibrant and dynamic
community, the design of public transit requires periodic
adjustment to respond to a changing environment. The
service package Metro is bringing to you on November
29 responds to many issues identified by Metro
customers and staff including late buses, connectivity
challenges, and high passenger loads. The November
29 service change also marks the return of Metro’s
regularly-scheduled service adjustments, which typically
occur in November, March, June, and September.
Although Metro is committed to creating a more
stable transit system for our customers, the scheduled
service changes provide the opportunity for Metro to
continually improve service. In the future, most service
changes will be relatively minor. We hope you find the
November 29 service package better meets your needs.

and frequency. Service from Rock Road Station to
Maplewood Commons continues to operate every
thirty minutes all day. Service beyond Maplewood
Commons routed along two sections: Maplewood
Commons to St Louis Community College at
Meramec and Maplewood Commons to Maplewood-
Manchester Station.

connectivity with the #57 and at the Maplewood
MetroLink Station, the schedule for northbound
trips adjusted to begin approximately 10 minutes
later than currently scheduled. There are also minor
adjustments to the southbound schedule.
# 3 3 D o r s e t t - Lac k la nd To maintain service access to
the Westport area and connectivity with the #94,
the bus will no longer proceed on Fee Fee Road.
The new routing will continue on Weldon Parkway,
to Westline Industrial Drive, to Marine Avenue and
regular route. Schedule times adjusted on both
eastbound and westbound schedules to improve on-
time performance and maintain service frequency.
# 35 R o c k R oa d To enhance service quality, the route
will be extended from St. Charles Rock Road and
Rock Industrial Park Drive to Earth City Expressway,
Highway 370, St. Louis Mills Shopping Center to the
North Hanley MetroLink Station via Hwy 370, Hwy
270 and Hwy 170 and North Hanley Rd. This will
allow for service access to Earth City, St. Louis Mills
and other employment centers from both the North
Hanley and Rock Road Stations, and offer service
connectivity with several MetroBus routes at the
North Hanley and Rock Road Stations. The number
of trips along Rock Industrial Park Drive will be
reduced to focus service on shift-times at Contico.
In order to maintain connections at North Hanley
MetroLink Station, the number of trips will drop from
38 to 30 southbound trips and 36 to 31 northbound
trips. Operating hours will begin approximately
20 minutes later and end 20 minutes earlier for
southbound trips, but northbound trips will begin 25
minutes earlier.
# 4 2 Sa r ah To improve on-time performance, slight
time adjustments have been made to Weekday
and Saturday schedules. Southbound trips from
Broadway and Taylor and northbound trips from
Central West End Transit Center begin two to four
minutes earlier than the current schedule.
# 4 4 H a z e lwo od To maintain access and connectivity,
one additional morning trip added on the northbound
schedule from Lindbergh Boulevard/Waterford Drive
to St. Louis Community College at Florissant Valley.
Schedule times adjusted to help improve on-time
performance; northbound trips depart three minutes
later than the current schedule.

St. Louis Community College at Florissant Valley, the
schedule times for northbound trips adjusted slightly.
Trips will leave the North Hanley Station approximately
six minutes later than the present schedule.
# 4 8 So u th L i nd be r gh To improve on-time performance
and maintain service frequency, the bus will no
longer loop through the VA Hospital. The new
routing will enter Jefferson Barracks Hospital via
the new construction entrance, turn right on
Jefferson Drive and exit via South Drive entrance.
Schedule times adjusted on both northbound and
southbound schedules.
# 57 M a p l e wo od-Wi l d wo od Schedule times adjusted for
better connectivity with the #32 at the Maplewood
Transit Center.
