“UP: Rising towards Entrepreneurial Leadership” is the title of the seminar we held last October 2, 2019

at the UE Conference Hall. This seminar is so memorable. First, because it was a combined group which
totals to 20 members. Second is that the speakers are knowledgeable enough and willing to share their
talents and experiences. Lastly, we held this seminar full of doubts that it may be failed, unsuccessful
etc.

So let begin to share the experiences I had before and during this event. Before that event, our group
and the other group has no venue to held the seminar at all. And there is only 1 available venue which is
UE Conference Hall which has a capacity of 358 persons. Our professor told us that we should filled all
the seats in our seminar and if not it the unfilled seats will be deducted to our grade. We are so much
pressure because that. It was really difficult to get an audience most especially because it was in a finals
period wherein everybody lacks time to study. Due to the said problem, our professor decided to
collaborate our group with the other group in the same reason that we had the same type of audience.
After that decision, we need to act immediately. So I so proud to tell that everyone of us is really
dedicated on this event. We divided in different tasks in a way that we can progress faster and achieve
what we want to our seminar.

After being organized in the different tasks, we again encounter another problem which is the audience.
As I said earlier, it was really difficult to gather audience because it was already final period and most of
the students need a lot of time to study. But thank God who always guide us never leave us in that
situation through to the professors who willingly give incentives to their students just to attend to our
seminar. I am very thankful on that action.

Last October 2, 2019 when we held our seminar, we are very much overwhelmed for the support of our
professors and also the students who attended our seminar. The Conference was fully occupied that
time. Their were also students who can’t enter in the venue to the reason that there are no vacant seat
for them. We are so blessed because of that and we really appreciate all the students who willing to
stand just to hear the talk of the speakers.

After the seminar, I realized three things. First is working together really makes everything easier to do.
Second is never lose hope in every struggle you encounter in your life because there is always a solution
or answer to that problem. And lastly, always believe that God will provide everything you need in your
life. He will never make you fail.
