My Experiences in STAR EC

I would like to tell you my experience and my impressions during I take an English course in star
since level 1 until now I'm in level 6. I know STAR EC from my sister since I was in elementary
school, because my sister was in there, so I wanted to join there too. But at that moment I was
still an elementary school student. So, when I have been a junior high school student, without
thinking twice I directly registered there. Why I choose STAR, because STAR quality has been
proved. And also STAR EC offered many comfortable facilities, one of them is clean and cool
area.

Here are my experience :

(Level 1) I was surprised because this place was a wooden house, and when i entered the
classroom, the classroom was very cool and cold. In this first level, I met many new friends from
other class in my school and also from other schools. I was nervous because I did not know
them. Because we haven't known each other, the teachers ask us to introduce ourselves and
our friends identity. That was very fun moment. Also the teachers are kind and friendly, so I feel
comfortable. The teachers also always made a joke, in order that, we won't be nervouse while
we are studying. In this level, I get many vocabularies that I have to memorize them every
meeting .

(Level 2) I was curious about what will I learn again. Apparently, I learned about tenses, tenses is
also studied by university students, so I was afraid that I cannot pass in this level, but finally I
can pass. I have unforgettable moment in this level, that is when I joined the final test. I had to
remedial for many times until I can get all correct. I thought tenses will be very difficult, but the
truth is, it was not that hard if you want to study it seriously.

(Level 3) this was the level where I got the Lowest final scores than all level, because I did not
understand well about the materials, so my final scores decreased dramatically. This level also
was the level where we moved from campus 1 to campus 2, and also our discipline more
trained in this third level of STAR. Discipline about time, memorize, and homework also
cleanliness.

(Level 4) I learned about question tag and information questions in this level. I think those
materials are important to improve our English skill. Also in this level I learned about how to
asking and giving directio. I think this level is easier than level 3 ,in this level also I can improve
my final score. Better than level 3.

(Level 5) This is the level where I learned about idioms. I was curious about what idiom is,
because I always see it in my dictionary. Luckily I continued in this level. So I can more
understand about idiom, and level 5 was my first night class, because when I was in level 1 until
4, I always took afternoon class. I enjoyed my night class even though it's kinda tiring. In this
level also I met many new friends again.

(Level 6) Finally, this is the highest level in STAR also the last level. This level named as 'TOEFL
PREPARATION CLASS' because we learned about how to face TOEFL test. Also in this level we are
given some tricks to answer TOEFL test. This is the level which has the most vocabularies of all
level (more than level 1) we memorized during this level, but I enjoyed it. I enjoyed my time in
this last level even though we are in the 3rd grade of junior high school (at that moment we
have to face usbn and listening TOEFL test) but, even though I said I enjoyed it, sometimes I get
bored also because most of our meeting just spend with answering many exercises.

Conclusion : I'm very grateful that I can be one of the student in STAR EC, because in here , I
learn how to be more discipline with time, not only just study and then go home. You will not
get this experience from the other English course. STAR is different, STAR makes you speak and
active, and STAR will make you STAR.
