2. Please read the application form carefully before completing. A list of the programmes offered, their
normal duration, and entry requirements is attached at the back of this form.
3. Application forms are available at the College’s Finance Department at a cost of One Hundred ($100.00)
Dollars each or may be downloaded free of cost from our website, and must be submitted by 2005,
February 28.
5. *All copies of academic certificates must be certified by the Principal of the school attended or by a
Notary Public or a Justice of the Peace, whose official stamp or seal should be affixed.

Financial Matters
Students are required to meet their financial obligations to the College. All students in tertiary level
institutions are eligible for Students Loans. Therefore, if you need financial assistance to pay your fees,
please make the necessary application to the Student Loan Bureau. Fees for the various programmes
are available upon request from the Office of the Director of Finance (Tel: 993-5457; e-mail:
finance@case.edu.jm)
Please note also, that fees are payable IN FULL BEFORE registration at any branch of RBTT
Bank or the Bank of Nova Scotia. The Voucher provided by the College should be used for
making payments at the appropriate Bank, and the School’s and File copies presented during
registration. Students who have not paid their fees will not be registered, will be barred from
examinations, and will not be allowed access services normally provided for students who have
satisfied their financial obligations to the College.

ON-CAMPUS HOUSING/BOARDING
On campus housing is limited. A separate application for on-Campus housing accompanied by a non-
refundable processing fee must be made to the Residence Hall Manager, Directorate of Student Affairs,
using the prescribed Application Form. This Application Form is available for purchasing at the College,
or it maybe downloaded from our website at www.case.edu.jm.
If you are desirous of obtaining on-campus housing, you should complete and submit the Housing
Application Form to the Residence Hall Manager AFTER you have received you letter of acceptance to
pursue a programme of study at the College (a copy of this letter should be attached to your application
form for on-campus housing). Acceptance for admission to the College is NOT a guarantee that on-
campus housing will be available or provided.
If your application for on-Campus Housing is not successful, you are required to make arrangements
for your own off-campus accommodation, at your expense, and commute to classes. A list of available
places is available from the Residence Hall Manager.

MATURE ENTRY: Applicants falling in this category must be over the age of twenty five (25), with a minimum of five (5)
years experience in a specialised area of the industry. Applicants will be accepted based on his/her employment portfolio, as
well as an interview. Each case will be assessed on its own merit.
