EXECUTIVE SUMMARY OF THE REPORT-

As far as the internship in this organization is concerned, the members see that
the newly joined batch of interns learn the value of time, resources provided
to them and the value of money. A very different aspect of our society has
been dealt with here. The children who are not able to afford their education
after 8th standard are selected from the government as well as grant-in- aid
schools. It is seen to that these students have scored 85% and beyond. This
was done under the 4th project of Yuva Unstoppable that is named as UDAAN.
5 such kids were given to us (we were 11) as a responsibility. That is, we were
given the task to collect the amount required by them for 4 years that is till
their 12th standard in their respective fields. As we calculated through their
choicest fields, we came to a total amount of 1 lakh rupees that is 20,000/- per
student.

To achieve the goal of 1 lakh rupees, we all undertook a lot of activities.

At last we succeeded. On the last day of the internship, we distributed
the money amongst them through a small convocation session in which the
guest of honor was “Parthiv Patel”. Besides this, we did Random act of
kindness which included visiting the old age home and movie screening for
the underprivileged. In this whole month, we were constantly motivated
and backed up by our mentors and the heads of our department.

PART B- PROJECT WORK:

PROJECT A: UDAAN – SPREAD WINGS

Problem Solving Project

EMPOWERING THROUGH EDUCATION- LIVING A DREAM, BUILDING A FUTURE

Introduction:

In India, every 1 out of 4 children below 14 years of age is waiting to get in

secondary schools. Research shows that the highest dropout rate in municipal
schools is usually after the 8th grade and the primary reason for it is financial
problem. 48% of India’s children are not enrolled in higher secondary school.
Sometimes poor children cannot even access elementary education.

Therefore, with a vision to ensure ‘Education for All’, Udaan an exceptional

scholarship program was launched in association with Nrups Consultants LLP,
in September 2015.

It aims to enhance enrolment ratios at elementary levels and to reduce

dropouts at secondary and higher secondary levels in municipal schools.

Through its ongoing efforts, Udaan has enrolled 250-300 new students with a
guaranteed scholarship for 5 years. And it aspires to take this number to 500
scholarships, by 2018.

Here was the bunch of astonishing but hidden artists from across the globe
that will do nothing but just steal your souls. Feel the entirely different cosmos
of shopping, food, music, dance, art and aroma.

The visionary art & such festivals are important to birthing. So Ahmedabad,
