Managing Personal Effectiveness and Productivity
COURSE OVERVIEW

Personal effectiveness is a measure of how well you perform and how well you can get
others to perform with/for you. It is a result of not just one thing, but of a combination of
factors which all impact upon each other. In this short course, participants will learn how
to manage themselves better and plan better – personally and strategically. They will also
understand how they can handle their workload in a more efficient manner, manage their
work relationships more productively, and effectively deal with problems and challenges.
It will also enable them to ultimately assist the school in the best way possible.
