Reddy is the Founder of the firm. Sri Kottapu Muni Reddy formed a
Partnership Firm with some other persons. The firm established in
1998 at Someswarapuram Village, Atlur Mandalam, Cuddapah
District, Andhra Pradesh. The firm has an impeccable record of

Management Planning

The responsibility, authority and the interrelation of personnel, who

manage, perform and verify work-effecting quality shall be defined
and documented, particularly for personnel who need the
organization freedom and authority to..
1. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity
relating to product process and quality of the system
2. Identify and record any problems relating to the product,
process and quality of the system
3. Initiate, recommended providing solutions through designated
channels
4. Control further processing, delivery or installation of
nonconforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory
condition has been corrected.

KMR Constructions shall identify resources requirements and provide

sufficient resources. Including the assignment of trained personnel
for management performance of work and verification activities,
including internal qualify audits. KMR Constructions’ management
with executive responsibility shall appoint a member of our own
management, who irrespective of others responsibilities, shall have
defined authority for ensuring that the quality of the system is
established, implemented, maintained, reported in accordance with
our international standards and on the performance of the quality
systems to our management for review and as a basis for
improvement of the quality system.
