DANCE SPORTS COMPETITION DURING THE 75TH LEYTE GULF LANDING

1. Relative to the Dance Sports Competition which will commence the 75th Leyte Gulf
Landing Anniversary on October 16, 2019, this Region calls for a Special Meeting of all the
following members of the Technical Working Group (TWG) on October 15, 2019 at 2 PM at
the Training Hall, NEAP, DepEd Regional Office VIII, Government Center, Candahug, Palo,
Leyte,

2. All the participants shall be provided for with accommodation at the RELC-NEAP
Dormitory, DepEd Regional Office VIII, Government Center, Candahug, Palo, Leyte. Their
transportation and other incidental expenses shall be charged against their respective MOOE/
SEF/ Partnership funds, subject to the usual government accounting rules and regulations.

3. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum are desired.
