Subject: Appointment for the post of Planning Engineer on contract basis for Shutdown.

We have pleasure in appointing you as a Planning Engineer (Primavera) at M/s. Reliance Industries Ltd.
Jamnagar, Gujarat on contract basis for shutdown with the following terms and conditions:

1. Salary We will pay consolidated salary of Rs. 1442/- (Rupees One Thousand Four
Hundred Forty Two Only) per day.

2. Extra Hours (OT) At client project site you may be required to work for extra hours depending
on the needs as indicated and approved by the HOD / Project in charge. Extra
hours will be paid by Rs.150 per hour. OT is applicable only if working beyond
normal working hours/Sundays or holidays.

3. Accommodation On scope of ACS else we will pay accommodation charges Rs. 2000/- per month.

4. Local Transportation On client’s scope.

5. Food On your scope. (Inclusive in salary)

6. Govt. Statutory Rules PF, PT, IT and any other taxes will be deducted as per Govt. rules &
deposited in Govt. Dept.
7. Appointment The appointment is on contract basis (temporary) only. You will not have any
claim for permanent placement with ACS or their client.

8. Duration of Service / Duration of services would be approximately 45 - 60 days. Your service will be
Contract purely on temporary basis and can be reduced or extended as per requirement of
our client.

9. Working Hours & Day Working at site on any day/night/holidays/weekly-off. Normal working hours
will be 12 Hrs. per day (OT will be provided after 9 hours per day) & 6 days
in a week.
10. Insurance You shall be covered under workmen compensation policy on basic pay.

11. PPEs On your Scope. (Inclusive in salary)

12. IFR On client’s Scope else we will provide.

13. Notice Period You must give us at least 7 days’ notice period before leaving the assignment /
job.
14. Shift Duties You may be engaged in shift duties (Day or Night) also as per requirement of
our client.

15. Termination ACS and our client has right to terminate the contract with one day notice.

16. Confidential Please treat your payment as confidential between you & ACS and do not
discuss with other colleagues. There are no other payment except mentioned
above.
17. Site clearance At the time of demobilization / leaving the job / On completion of Project at site,
you will obtain the site clearance stating No Dues are pending against you and
submit to us before the final payment of your dues.
18. Upon cessation of your contract, ACS shall settle your all legal dues only when you hand over the charge
consisting of papers, materials, documents or equipment which may be in your possession.

19. At the time of commencement of this Contract, you are requested to carry following details/documents
with you for submission at the work place or ensure that these reach our Vadodara office, at the following
address for reference and records.

a. Colour Photographs (3 Nos. PP size)

b. Pan No. & Photocopy of Pan Card.

c. Permanent address & contact details. provide details of the same while
d. Bank Account Details. joining. If you have not applied for a
pan card please do so immediately.
e. KYC Documents for PF/UAN Allotment details (Mandatory)
f. Aadhar Card.

20. During the course of your employment, you shall perform your duties and responsibilities honestly,
sincerely and do all acts, deeds and perform all duties in the best interest of our client and observe strict
discipline at work and shall not indulge in any activities directly or indirectly detriment to our interest or to
the interest of our client

21. Any disputes or differences arising between the Employee and Employer with respect to this
Appointment/Contract Terms & Conditions, or any other matter connected with or incidental thereto, It
should be exclusive under the arbitration and jurisdiction of the Courts of Vadodara. The venue of
arbitration shall be Vadodara.

22. The number of hours put up by you shall be booked in clients prescribed timesheets as instructed by client’s
officers supervising the work who will approve the time sheets. You are required to send this approved
timesheet to our co-ordinator & head office at Vadodara by 3rd of every month on mail id
hrdashaconsultancy@gmail.com & priya.acsbaroda@gmail.com Your payment will be made based on
these timesheet.
