11.0 Implementation and Deployment Methodologies

11.1.1 Implementation:

1. Dataflo will set up a meeting with your administrators on Salesforce CRM to


review and document changes that have been made to your CRM instance.

a. This can be accomplished on line or on-site

2. Dataflo will need access (user login) to your Salesforce instance (admin).

3. Client and Dataflo will select the IMP Team, exchange contact information,
create rights in the “sandbox” and set expectations for the IMP Team and the
Dataflo Matrix Team.

a. Once the expectations are complete a meeting will be scheduled for


review. If there are changes, the document will be updated and emailed
to the IMP Team.

4. Dataflo will create a “sand box environment” for testing and IMP Team input.

a. Email notifications will be sent to the IMP Team on new updates.

5. Dataflo will create a specification document that will annotate and pictorially
create a flow for each screen, tab, object and field change. This too is a sign off
document.

6. Dataflo will push all current Matrix objects and code for IMP Team testing.

a. Dataflo will create a Goto meeting and review features and train IMP
Team.
b. All code is sent through script testing with a minimum of 75% coverage.

7. As new objects and features are complete, they will be pushed to the sandbox
for IMP Team testing.

a. Dataflo will create a Goto meeting and review features and train IMP
Team.

8. A web portal will be set up for team members to track all project tasks and
percent of completion.

9. As each object feature is push to the sandbox and is determined complete an


electronic form will be sent to the IMP Team leader for sign off.

10.Once all projects tasks are complete, Dataflo will push to clients live instance all
objects and code for the IMP team to begin real time use of the system.

a. Dataflo will provide support for the integration of data from the ERP and
CastIron.

b. Dataflo will have a staff member on-site for 2-5 days to assure a smooth
transition.
c. IMP Team and Dataflo will create a plan and schedule for deployment.

11.2.2 Deployment:

1. Working with the clients IMP Team, Dataflo will host the training sessions on-
site or through GoTo meetings webinars.

a. Training sessions will last one hour but can take place up to four times
per day.

b. Each user will be emailed a PDF of the training manual depicting the
system with note tacking space.

c. Training manuals will be available in the “documents” tab within


Salesforce CRM.

2. Upon completion of initial training session, Dataflo will have two team members
on site for up to two weeks to assure a smooth transition for all user members.

a. Each user will be given detailed documents on how to use support


services and what to expect.

b. At the end of the “go live” with all users, a form will be sent to the team
leader for sign off.

3. As new members are added to the clients user group a GoTo Meeting session
will be scheduled for review of the systems features. This service is included in
your monthly fees.
