SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, CHOLO NABATI, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Mabalacat, Pampanga do hereby
NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT DELILAH T. GARCIA, likewise of legal age, Filipino and with
address at Mabalacat, Pampanga to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my
name, place and stead to do and perform all of any of the following:

1. To represent me for and in my behalf for the processing of any and all
documents for the re-classification of land covered by Transfer of
Certificate of Title No. 111580 with the concerned agencies of the
Government and Non-government of the Republic of the Philippines;

2. To represent, execute, pay the fees required, sign any and all
document(s) and paper(s) as well as claim/receive for and in my behalf
said document(s) from the concerned agencies or offices in the
Philippines, as well as to do any and all acts in order to accomplish the
foretasted acts and deeds.

3. To sign any and all documents in relation to the above-mentioned

transaction; and

4. To pay any and all amount in relation thereto;

5. To do any and all acts necessary to discharge the above-stated acts.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-In-Fact full power and authority
to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary, and proper to be done in the
exercise of any of the rights and powers herein granted, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might
or could do if personally present, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFORMING all that my said
Attorney-In-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of this power of attorney and the
rights and powers herein granted.
