Dear Mr. Welcher,
Purpose
We propose an effective solution for what has been a non-growing problem at our store. The lack
of sales being made each day. We propose that you should approve a marketing and business
class for those who have a degree in the field and not, to improve the sales either each day or
each week. One way to do that can be to update software technology for those employees to take
test and quizzes each month to keep the mind refreshed. This will better gain how much sales
rise each month or even how much sales rise by the day.
I am writing formally request a review of mt current salary. As a sales marketer with 12
years at B2B Marketing company. I have always been ready and able when asked to take on
additional work and new job responsibilities. I believe a review of my track record with the
company, my recent achievement, along with industry salaries, will demonstrate of an increase
of at least 30 percent in my annual pay.
My role has evolved since starting with B2B Marketing company. Added duties now
include staff management, budget decisions, and project management. In the past year, I have
distinguished myself with the following accomplishments.
 I have improved efficiencies in the accounts payable system, saving the company
50 percent in annual revenue.
 I managed the successful launch of our new product, helping to realize $30 in
quarterly sales
 I have strived for excellence, continued adding value to the company, and never
missed a deadline
 Peer reviews indicate that my colleagues appreciate my management style and I
am a valuable member of the team.
My objective behind my proposal is to basically tell Mr. Welcher what has been
going on in his company with the numbers he has been seeing. I wanted to let him
know that I can be and asset in a higher position in this company to allow him to see
more opportunities and better sales numbers for product being sold. This proposal
letter was to allow him to see the number of sales I am able to continue to bring in
and how to help others do the same to gain more money and not loose out on any or
not make enough a week.
My strategy is to allow everyone to have the same amount of training in the field
with or without a business and marketing degree, to let everyone see that if we work
as a team and take these extra classes we can all teach each other something and help
one another in the field even if we paired up in two’s and made sales that way.
