“The level of implementation of school organization-Function in MNHS”

Introduction
As of now Mallig National High School has 9 organizations.
All organized students organizations are expected to uphold school policies and procedures and
always act in good faith. School needs organization to lead them towards success.
School organization refers to how school arranges the resources of time, space and personnel for
maximum effect on student learning. The school’s organizational plan addresses those issues that
affect the school as a whole.
The problem that ought to determine is the level of implementation of school organizations.
There are lots of organizations but some of them does not really commits themselves in their
chosen organizations. In this case we picked this study to determine their implementing skills.

Hypothesis;
a. Null
There is no significant relationship between the profiles of the respondents into their
implementing skills.
b. Alternative
There is significant relationship between the profiles of the respondents into their implementing
skills.

Statement of the problem

a. This study aims to determine the level of implementation of school organization functions in
Mallig National High School
b. Specifically, it sought to answer the following;
1. What is the profile of the respondents in terms of;
1. a sex
1. b age
1. c ethnicity
1. d parent’s educational attainment
1. e parent’s monthly income
2. What is the level of implementation of the student organization in terms of;
2. a Initiating school activities /projects
2. b Support and participation to school activities and projects
2. c Following school’s rules and regulations

Scope and Delimitation

This study assesses the level of implementation of school organization. The respondents of this
study were 256 student leaders.

Methods and Procedure

This study employs the case study research. Case study research is a published report about a
person, group, or situation that has been studied over time, a situation in real life that can be
looked at or studied to learn about something. Case study research is also used to study an
organization or an entity.

This research best suits the case study research because it focuses on the school organization and
their Level of implementation. We also make used of it because it is real life situation and we
can learn new about that study.

Case study research is being used because it gives emphasis to the research and it also makes it
more concentrated on the core problem or topic.

This research used the purposive sampling. Purposive sampling select the participant based on
selected criteria based on the research question

This research best suits the Purposive sampling because we only ought to select the members of
student organization Also we select the respondents based on the research title.

This research makes use of survey to collect dates. Survey means to ask questions or to float
questionnaires in order to gather information.

Survey means a lot for this research because the answers personally came from them. And also
they have enough time to make decisions and answer the questionnaires.
