Pada suatu pagi di hari sabtu pukul 09.00 datang seorang ibu yang membawa
anaknya ke Puskesmas Mojosongo dengan keluhan BAB cair lebih dari 7 kali sejak tadi
pagi disertai muntah. Pasien mengatakan keram dibagian perut. Dari hasil pemeriksaan
fisik pasien tampak lemas, pucat, dan mata cekung.

Ibu : selamat pagi bu, saya mau mendaftarkan anak saya. (dengan wajah
cemas)

Respsionis : iya bu sebentar, pasien atas nama siapa ? umur dan keluhannya apa ?

Ibu : atas nama Jalalludin, 15 tahun, anak saya buang air besar sejak tadi pagi
sudah 7 kali. (dengan wajah cemas)

Resepsionis : baik bu silahkan tunggu di ruang tunggu nanti di panggil ya.

Ibu : baik bu, terimakasih. (ibu dan anaknya berjalan dan menunggu di ruang
tunggu)

Menunggu antrian jalaludin merasakan perut yang begitu melilit dan keinginan
untuk buang air besar lagi.

Perawat : anak Jalaludin

Ibu : iya sus. ( ibu dan jalal berjalan menuju ruang pemeriksaan)
Perawat : sini berbaring, biar saya ukur dulu suhu, nadi dan tekanan darah. (perawat
sambil mengukur suhu, nadi dan tensinya). “Suhunya 380 C, nadi 90, tekanan darah
100/70 mmHg” ucap perawat kepada dokter.

Dokter : iya sus, terimakasih. Saya akan memeriksa dulu ya. Keluhannya apa ?
(sambil memeriksa keadaan umum pasien, turgor kulit, mukosa dan mendengarkan bising
usus)

Anak : saya buang air besar sejak tadi pagi sudah 7 kali dokter. Sebelumnya saya
makan sambal yang pedas.

Dokter : iya nak, pemeriksaan sudah selesai mari duduk di kursi itu. (ibu dan anak
ini berjalan menuju arah meja dokter)

Ibu : bagaimana keadaan anak saya dok ?

Dokter : tenang bu, anak ibu terkena diare. Apakah ibu suadah mengerti tentang
diare ?

Ibu : mengerti hanya sedikit yaitu buang air besar lebih dari 4 kali

Dokter : ya bu benar, anak ibu sudah buang air besar sebanyak 7 kali dan
sebelumnya memakan makanan yang pedas. Oleh karena itu lambung anak tidak bisa
mencerna dengan baik akhirnya terkena diare. Ini saya beri resp obat untuk menghentikan
diare serta untuk menurunkan demamnya. Obatnya diminum rutin, obat demam diminum
sehari 3 kali, dan untuk obat diare di minum setelah buang air besar ya.

Ibu : iya dokter saya paham, terimakasih dokter.

Dokter : coba ibu jelaskan kembali tentang penyakit yang diderita anak ibu

Ibu : buang air besar sebanyak lebih dari 4 kali dan biasanya disebabkan
karena memakan makanan yang terlalu pedas yang mengakibatkan lambung tidak bisa
mencerna dengan baik.

Dokter : benar bu, untuk pemberian obatnya ibu masih ingat kan ?

Ibu : masih dokter, untuk pemberian obat demam di minum 3x sehari dan
untuk obat diare diminum setelah buang air besar
Dokter : benar bu, silahkan obatnya diambil diruang farmasi. Semoga cepat
sembuh

Ibu : baik terimakasih dokter, terimakasih suster.

Perawat dan dokter : iya sama-sama.

One Saturday morning at 09.00 o’clock. Came a mother who brought her child to
the Mojosongo health center with complaints of defecating more than seven times since
this morning accompanied by vomiting. The patient said cramps in the abdomen. From
the results of the physical examination the patient looked weak, pale and sunkes eyes.

Mother : good morning Mrs., I want to register my child. ( with anxious face)

Resepsionis : yes Mrs. Wait a minute, what is the patient’s name ? how age and what
the complaints ?

Mother : the name is jallaludin, 15 years old and my child defecating more than
seven times since this morning accompanied by vomiting. ( answer with anxious face)

Respsionis : yes Mrs., please wait in the waiting room later called.

Mother : yes, thank you ( the mother and child walk and wait in the waiting room)

While waiting for her child to feel the stomach so wrapped around and want to
defecate again.

Nurse : jalaludin patient ?

Mother : yes nurse. (mom and jalal walk to the examination room)

Nurse : Here lie down, let me first measure temperature, pulse and blood
pressure. (nurse while measuring temperature, pulse and tenseness). "The temperature is
380 C, pulse 90, blood pressure 100/70 mmHg," said the nurse to the doctor.
Doctor : yes nurse, thank you. I'll check first, okay? What's the complaint? (while
checking the general state of the patient, skin turgor, mucosa and listening to bowel
sounds)

Child : I defecated since this morning seven times already doctor. Previously I
ate spicy sauce.

Doctor : yes kid, the examination is over, let's sit in the chair. (The mother and
child walk towards the doctor's desk)

Mother : how is my child ?

Doctor : calm down mom, mother's child has diarrhea. Do you understand about
diarrhea?

Mother : understands just a little, that is more than four times

Doctor : yes mom is right, mother child has defecated seven times and previously
ate spicy food. Therefore, the child's stomach can not digest properly eventually exposed
to diarrhea. I give this medicine resp to stop diarrhea and to reduce fever. The medicine
is taken routinely, cold medicine is taken 3 times a day, and for diarrhea medicine in
drinking after defecation, yes.
